I recently unbricked my OP8 with an msm tool. I am at 10.5.7. Currently my system updates is greyed out. The phone is unrooted, and bootloader locked. Everything in its original form. Any solutions to this?

Hi everyone.
So I am in a bit of a pickle. I unlocked bootloader and rooted phone few months ago. Phone started playing up. Did not have a backup, I know, stupid me... So had to do official install stock rom straight after booting phone. Another thing to point out, I have lost my unlock bootloader code and huawei have stopped giving them out. Now when I boot in fastboot it's noted as unlocked but the other one think protection something is locked. In developer options oem unlocking is greyed out. Every fastboot command comes back as failed. Tried reflashing twrp and its result is yet again failed. Twrp has gone after the new official rom update. Root has also gone. Any ideas would be really helpful. Tried dc unlocker but it's gone, lol. Thank you everyone.
Just to preface, I'm not a total noob when it comes to android, but I'm definitely not savvy or knowledgeable in any way either.
I purchased a Motorola p50 a while ago from a seller on Aliexpress, and when booting the phone I get a message saying that the bootloader is unlocked. Going into the developer settings shows the OEM unlock option is in the off position, greyed out and with a message saying that the bootloader is already unlocked. However, booting into fastboot and running 'fastboot oem lock' gives me an error message telling me to enable unlocking in the developer options... which I can't do, because it's greyed out. Running 'fastboot oem unlock' tells me that the bootloader is already unlocked. From what I can tell the phone is running the stock android 10 motorola ROM, and I would like to lock the bootloader so that I can use google pay, as the phone supports NFC.
According to settings, the model is "motorola one vision", the hardware version is PVT, the SKU is XT1970-5 and the software channel is 'retcn'
Any help on how I can lock the bootloader, or even just get google pay working would be greatly appreciated.
There exists many threads on xda about this issue and it all boils down to this: your Bootloader thinks you're running modified software, hence locking it will hard brick your device (at least there is a possibility). According to the above linked thread, here's what you can do to troubleshoot this (in order of what could work):
Factory reset your device from Settings. (Relocking will erase your data anyways, Backup is advised)
Flash The Stock Firmware and attempt the lock process again.
Flash Magisk and enable Magisk Hide (this one is dangerous, since a modified boot.img while relocking can hard brick your device as well, do it at your own risk!!!)
Pass Safetynet check by flashing latest Magisk canary, enabling Magisk Hide and flashing this Universal Safetynet fix.
Step 4 is what I would do if I were you, however, advising people on the internet to root in order to solve this problem is not very wise, hence it being the last step.
Alright, I might give the last one a go since I don't know what the stock firmware for the phone is supposed to be. Thanks a lot for your help
Update: after attempting to install magisk with little success, I eventually found a single russian article that solved the issues I was having with magisk. I installed that plugin you linked, and success! Google pay now works without issue. Your help is greatly appreciated

I was having the same issue earlier but noticed that after I turned the data back on and it connected that it went gray and slid over.
Can anyone here help me how to fix my oneplus 6 8/256gb a6003 device? Is there any way to reflash unlock bootloader on my device even my oem unlock is locked? My phone is stock rom no any modifications made.
like many even i too ugraged my op6 to oo11.1.1.1, rooted was running well for a week till i encountred face crash dump mode error
Stupid thing i did was instead of flashing fastboot oos 10.3.8 i tried to flash msm 10.3.8 which didnt solve crash dum and also locked my BL.
now nonof the msm could solve crash dump nor we can unlock BL bz we cant toggle OEM in Dev option,
i discussed with @L0ND0NB0Y regarding this, his suggestion would be to take a backup of oos10.3.8 config partation of a working rom, then use edl to flash it on affected op6, by that way we can unlock bootloader and flash fastboot rom.
we need to fide a working op6 and back config which @L0ND0NB0Y can guide us. if it works he ll creat a post to solve crashbump and BL locked issue.
if this wont work, we may need to wait for msm oos11 file.
update : managed to solve crash dump by flashing msm international 5.1.5 but ended up getting black screen with white notification light, if my op6 had BL unlocked all i had to do is to boot stock/twrp recovery and factory wipe.
same issue here my oneplus 6 is in crash dump mode and boot loader is locked msm tool not working
is there anything new that can help please
Why does a locked bootloader phone go into crash dump mode.? I'm on oneplus 6 oos 11 open beta 3, wondering whether I should move to stable 11.1. 2.2

Hi guys! Having some weird issues getting custom roms to flash on my 8T. I purchased the TMobile variant as it was the only one in stock, and I planned to use it with a TMobile mnvo. It's the KB2007 model. I purchased it outright, and went to unlock the bootloader - this was not possible as the device was locked. I reached out to TMobile on Twitter, gave them my phone number, IMEI and told them my story. They said it would take 2-5 business days for the unlock team to look at the request as I wasnt a direct TMobile customer. A few days later, I went into the android settings app, and attempted to permanently unlock the device and it unlocked. I rebooted and was able to toggle the developer setting to allow OEM unlocking, yay! Since that point, I've ran the kebabt -> kebab EU firmware MSM tool to convert the device to the EU firmware (as I've heard it's more stable, I'm US based though)
However, after that I've gone to replace oxygen os with Lineage, and I'm getting errors from fastboot about the device still being locked. Any ideas where to go from here?
You probably need to unlock your bootloader?
fastboot flashing unlock

You will get fastboot errors about unlocking critical partitions if you try to flash partitions other than boot, recovery and a few others while you're in bootloader mode.
For the rest you must be in fastbootd mode.
Chances are you need the unlock token from OnePlus themselves it takes a week
