I thought maybe flashing the most updated firmware would do the trick but it already has it installed. If i were to flash the same firmware would it remove the google lock? I tried the youtube tutorials but wasn't able to get it to work. any suggestions please would be greatly appreciated!

Cannot figure this out... help?

Hey Guys
Bought a new phone now but trying to get this one going anyways.
It's a Vodafone HTC One Mini, with the following details:

"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Problem is, I can't get out of fastboot. I cannot get into recovery and it appears that the phone is DEAD!
I've been trying and reading to find a way to recover the device. Basically, battery died and this happened.
If anyone could point me in the right direction. Bootloader is unlocked with S-ON HBoot version 2.21.0000.
Any assistance appreciated to get this thing going!
I just don't know what to do any more - all help appreciated.
Hopefully just trying to get it back to stock. But any firmware is good for the minute!

Need help with Samsung Themes/Samsung Cloud and Custom Recovery/Root

Everytime I flash the TWRP Custom Recovery in my S6 I don't have any access anymore on my Samsung Account and for Samsung Themes. It constantly asks for my password and don't download a theme if I want to download a theme. Strange stuff, I know. I will put up a screenshot of the screen it shows when it wants the password with an error code. Maybe someone can help me.
I couldn't find anything, so I'm asking you.

S8 Snapdragon Variant Android 9 (Pie) Root

Hi guys, I have searched almost all forums on XDA and online couldn't find anything which could help with me rooting my Samsung S8 Snapdragon variant SM-G950W. Odin way fails, I believe the reason is the Qualcomm secure boot is enabled. I tried to find a lot of ways to disable but all of them said its not possible to disable this setting. There is a possibility that I might have missed something because I couldn't find any post where people with S8 Pie Snapdragon variant trying to unlock the bootloader and install a custom rom on it. I would really appreciate if there is anything you guys can suggest or point me in the right direction.
I have attached the screenshot of Odin's error.

I was wondering is anyone can help me with this on updating my phone from where it is now cuz it's pretty much kind of useless now but I know it has so much more potential than that I've been doing a little bit of research about it I know some not much but if someone can help me and put me in the right direction how I can update everything manually or harder son it would be greatly appreciated
Updating means patching existing Android version, in your case Android 7.1.1.
Aahh... okay so what do I need to do exactly to update my phone to today's services....
OS updates typically get rolled out by OEM / Carrier if they deem it neccessary.
