Hi guys I need stock rom for Samsung Galaxy S4 GT I9505. Region code RX . Made in Vietnam. My Galaxy is not function, wifi cant be enabled nor bluetooth . So I thought I'd flash the original rom for the device. but samsung website download always fail. Help me out guys .

Region code is usually three letters like INU for India, THL for Thailand etc
Secondly, have you looked in your device sub-forum for the firmware? Look below:

Just follow my tips from above and check if its CWM package or ODIN flashable firmware

In theory Tizen 3 Upgrade is incoming... but it is not clear if we can expect this year... or in 2018...

Reason is because Samsung have 1000000 of "different" CSC...
Ask Samsung, why they are not able to support few devices at same time...

the main problem is oxa contain all the csc but still with that it is not possible by flashing firmware.i have tried but it did not workout.anyhow we need to wait for sammy to give.or if sammobile upload it then only it might work.
Mines running BQI2. Had the watch for a month or so.
We have to differ between Model Name and CSC...
In your case... you have SM-R765T with Sales Code TMB:

ATT SM-R765A have also old Firmware... from April

These are LTE Versions with MODEM/CP...

Yea, was hoping for full firmware package to download and install with netOdin manually.

It broke my sensors ugh, going to have to use Odin to reflash till they work. Why can't they fix that?

It's been awhile yes haha, hope you're safe and healthy bud!
The FTD4 update is quite good - the watch feels more responsive, plus the bluetooth reconnect bug is gone for me (always had to reconnect mannually when the watch returned into the bluetooth range)

however, just changed my CSC to XAR and i got the FTD4 update inmediately....obviously I flashed it.
Now im just struggling to change it back XD, sbd command to launch the csc wont do anything anymore :/...
Samsung pays work fine so, I think Im just going to leave it at XAR for the time being

Nothing so far, everything is working as expected , added my debit cards and activated them without issue.

yeah 4.0.0.4 works, seems 4.0.0.7 is the one that does not allow CSC change using the sdb method
I received the update today in Michigan, USA.

As I told... lazy Sam.ung only released for 10 of 70 CSC FVD4...
ALL others are still on FVC8
Active CSC to identfy is no Rocket Science... look at this Video:
