FPS limiter android? - General Questions and Answers

Hi,
I tryed to find a open-scource app for Android (with vor without root) that can limit the framerate to 30, to optimise the battery performance, but I didn't found one.
Can anyone help?

I only konw of AutoHz app what only works on some OnePlus- and Samsung-phones.

Not having 30s camera shuttle speed

Can anybody help??? I can't change the shuttle speed to 30s. The max shuttle speed is just 1/5s

Official Android 10 does not allow app service in the background

Anyone know how to bypass this with root? Got a Lenovo MT10+ Id like to run background services on (like AnyVideo Downloader)

On my Huawei P30 I solved this by downgrading to OS9.1 , but it sucks that I have to stay on that version only for this
