Need help with teclast android 12 tablet p20s - General Questions and Answers

I unlocked the bootloader in the dev menu. And enabled debugging. And then when I use fast boot commands it's works like it should. It sends my tablet to a different menu and asks do you want to unlock bootloader Yes press up or no press down. So I press up and nothing happens at all. Press no and it takes me back to the menu. Even in recovery menu the up button doesn't work but when the tablet is on and fully booted the volume up works. So I don't know how to unlock my bootloader.

(Possible Brick) Power button not work, bootloader freeze, device turns on itself

Okay, so here it goes:
- Been trouble with "sudden loss of mobile network issue" for a month or so (ref: http://productforums.google.com/forum/#!category-topic/mobile/android-devices/NCwPW3A_ibM http://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=14672 )
- So I flashed to 4.0.4 stock image from the google website, a. Everything worked so well, and I got my signal back. I followed these guides (http://floatingsun.net/articles/howto-flash-gsm-galaxy-nexus-to-google-factory-image-on-mac/ http://forums.androidcentral.com/ne...ide-factory-image-restore-your-nexus-7-a.html) and they worked for me well (again).
- I wanted to lock and reunlock my bootloader again from fastboot. Locking process goes well. But when I tried to unlock my bootloader, after that yes/no screen my computer went dead. And my phone freezes on the bootloader. I pulled out the battery, and then put it in.
Magically, my phone booted by itself (without me touching the lock button). And the OS loads up seamlessly. Everything inside works well, except the power button. It's unable to put the device to sleep or even bringing the power menu. I rebooted several times via ADB, still no change.
- Maybe it's hardware problem, so I turned off my phone via ADB, and it's always turn on again right after. Then I tried to pull out the battery, and nope.... still turning back on. At one chance I pulled the battery, and immediately pressed the Power button and Vol Up, so it'll boot to bootloader. The bootloader boots that way.
- Yes, bootloader boots, but fastboot wouldn't recognize my phone. Plus I can't use the vol button and power button in the menu. It just freeze. typed "./fastboot devices" didn't give me any feedback. rebooting the bootloader via fastboot always prompt the < wait for device > endlessly.
- Upgraded to JB 4.1.1 OTA via software updater, no change on these 3 issue.
SUMMARY:
1) Power button not working, both in bootloader or in OS. But putting phone to bootloader by using power + vol button works, so I guess it's not hardware..
2) Bootloader freeze, fastboot works fishy. Cannot do anything here. (see above)
3) Everytime I turn off, it always turn back on.
I appreciate to those who read all above carefully. Thanks. I hope I can find answer.
SOLUTION(S) to try:
1) try sdk in windows at home. I'm using mac at the office. (I guess it's just the same) NOT WORKING
2) Try this tool at home (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1672708) NOT WORKING
3) last and least; go to samsung repair service
DEVICE INFO:
i9023
IMEI ok
BASEBAND: i9023XXKF1
BL Version: i9020XXLC2
kernel: stock
Build Numb: JRO03E
Tried solution #1 and #2, still same response. On command prompt still displayed < waiting for device > endlessly :/
Any advice?
Broken power button. It's a hardware issue, not software. It's a known issue that when the power button breaks on the Nexus S it stays as "pressed" and you cannot scroll in bootloader and you cannot use fastboot.
What do you want to achieve anyway? Unlock your bootloader? Might I ask why you locked it in the first place?

I see... just found the culprit a few hours ago.
I wanted to restore it to factory default, following this guide.

Problem with Motorola Moto G 3rd Generation.

Hi, suddenly my device is not working fine. These are the problems.
-Can't see my notifications;
-Can't see my lockscreen;
-The home button doesnt' work;
-Factory mode isn't available, it says that there is no command.
I tried to unlock the bootloader from the Motorola site, but in the last step, when I enter the unlock code, it fails and tells me to enable the USB debugging. I tap seven times to the "number build" but nothing happens. I have the developer options but when I tap it the page is blank with no options. What can I do? Can somebody help me please?

Try a proper external Factory Reset
Android 5.x (Lollipop)/Android 6.x (Marshmallow) Steps
With the phone powered off, press and hold the Volume Down button and the Power button at the same time until the device turns on.
Press the Volume Down key to highlight Recovery mode.
Press the Power key to restart into Recovery mode.
The screen will display an Android robot with a red exclamation mark. (ie. No Command)
While holding down the Power key, press and release the Volume Up key, then release Power.
Use the volume keys to scroll to Wipe data/factory reset and press the Power key to select it.
Scroll down to Yes - erase all user data and press the Power key to select it.

Unlocking the bootloader does not require ADB at all, it only requires fastboot and OEM Unlocking enabled in Developer options.
Please check!
Please tell me, if these are the problems you observed:

If yes, please tell if your device ran out of flash memory.

Nokia 3 unlock patern changed after update

Yesterday I updated my parents nokia 3. After the update I can't unlock the phone anymore. When I enter unlock pattern it always says that it is incorrect. I'm 100% sure that it is correct.
If I restart the phone, it asks for pattern to boot android. I enter same pattern and it works. Android boots up and then phone asks for pattern again to unlock desktop. And the pattern doesn't work anymore. Phone doesn't have any other unlock methods, just the pattern. Tried to boot the phone into recovery menu and make hard reset. Volume+ and power button. But instead of recovery menu I get picture of dead android and text "no command". Any ideas how to fix this?

Solved by myself. While dead android picture is displayed: Press and hold power button, press once volume+, release power button. This will get you into recovery menu.

Sideloaded Android 12 DevPrev3 on Pixel 3A, bricked phone

Yesterday I sideloaded the Android 12 Dev Preview 3 on my Google Pixel 3A. Enabled Developer options (did NOT! enable OEM unlocking, this wan't an instruction) and ADB. Sideloaded the file via Recovery.
Sideloading went fine, Stage 1 > Stage 2. Finished succesfull. Reboot device > Nothing.
'Can't find valid operating system. The device will not start.' Visit g.co/abh etc. (not very helpfull).
I can get in to fastboot. Devices state = Locked (ADB instructions didn't tell me to select this in developer options).
Can't boot into recovery, resque mode is also broken. Cannot use flash.android.com or pixelrepair.withgoogle.com. In my Country (Netherlands) the Phone isn't for sale officialy (only via grey import). My phone is from Germany. Can't get any Support from google or RMA it.
Any commands for flashing via fastboot are not allowed since flashing is not unlocked (it's stated above but i'll mention it again).
Softbricked and can't do anything. This is very sad.
Any tips?
Reading my own notes I would try to unlock the bootloader
- Hold power to reboot
- Press power to pause
- Hold volume-up + power to enter bootloader mode
If you can enter fastboot mode, try unlocking
fastboot devices
Should list a device...
fastboot flashing unlock
You will then have to use the phone to select yes to the unlock. you use the volume keys to select and the power button to confirm.

Ofc. thats what I tried first thing. Problem is there is no OS to boot into and to enable OEM unlock. That's also the reason pixel repair tool and flash.android.com do not work. Currently in contact with Google Netherlands to arrange an RMA. (The pixel phones aren't available in the Store here, so it's kind off a pain in the ass).

Greetings...
I will try to help you...
First, you have to enable the Developer mode on your device, going to Settings >> About Phone >>> Software Information >>> Build Number. When you reach there, tap on it about 6-7 times until you get a message saying you unlocked the Developer's Mode.
View attachment 1-Enabling-developer-option.webp
Then you will have to go back to Settings again and look for Developer's mode at the bottom of the list.
When you get into this option, you will have to search for Enable USB Debugging and OEM Unlock options, so you will be able to proceed to the unlocking bootloader...
You must activate both, otherwise it will not show on the pre-download screen! If you get a popup warning, tap enable if you would like to proceed.
Now restart your device into Download mode, pressing Vol Up+Vol Down+Power Button or just Vol Up+Vol Down and insert your usb cable into the device. The usb cable must be connected on your computer first.
View attachment 4-Samsung-Galaxy-A22-Download-Mode.webp
After doing this, your device will go on Download mode and this screen will appear, pay attention carefully before press any key on you device....
After you do this procedure to press and hold Volume UP button, then it will show you another screen, like this...
Now you press Vol Up to unlock or Vol Down to give up and go back to normal.
If you choose Yes, your device will reboot and then will erase all informations and files you had into your phone and will perform a hard reset to factory default, and your bootloader will be unlocked.
If all were done correctly, this is the screen that will show for you from now on...
You're done. Your device is completely unlocked.
In any case, always have an original stock rom firmware of your device, so you can restore the original.
And if you want to lock it again, do the same steps again, but when you choose YES, it will do a hard reset again and go to factory install, erasing all again.
Remember to do a back-up of all your data and stuffs before you perform this.
I hope I had helped with this.
