Spoofing GPS - Google Pixel 4a Questions & Answers

Windscribe VPN has a setting/option to spoof GPS. It has worked successfully on my 4a. However, recently the Windcribe setting won't enable. It says I need to enable Windscribe for mock location which I have done, but the setting won't take even though Windscribe is authorized for mock locations. I sent Winscribe my debug log, but they were unable to identify any issues. Just curious if anyone else has any ideas what to search for or know of a reason the setting won't take?

Spoof GPS location

I am curious, is it possible to fake your GPS location with mock locations turned off? There is an app I am running that I am trying to make think that I am in Japan however the app will not run properly if mock locations are enabled. If it isn't possible then that's cool I just figured I would ask.

[Q]Enabling the GPS automatically and WIFI testing functions

Hi all,
1.
I have created an application to test my GPS module on my device.
It works well thus far. However, I wonder if there is any possibility can enable
the GPS module without manually.
Here is the scenario, when i execute the application installed on my android
phone, if my GPS is disabled, a dialog will pop up to request the user to enable
the GPS module. Then the screen will turn into the GPS setting option, the user
needs to enable the GPS module manually.
Is there any possibility to enable the GPS module automatically when I execute
my aps on android? I was trying to google it but all reply is this behavior
involves the security issue so that there is other way to do it.
2.
I have an application which can help me test the wifi connectivity.
Again, it works well.
However,is it possible to transfer a file or send data using something like netperf? It is valuable to test this as Tx can use more power and I want to make sure it is functioning well.
Any reply is highly expected.
Thanks all
Can someone please guide me a direction to go?
Any reply will be very appreciated.

[Q] network may be monitored

Hi, I just got my Nexus 5 yesterday and everyone is fine until I install a certificate that is required to connect to my University's wireless network.
The installation is fine, but after that I got a warning saying network may be monitored. I know I can get rid of it temporarily by swipe it away, but is there any way to disable this warning permanently? (see the attachment if my wording is confusing)
I am seeing this same thing in relation to the use of my own personal certificates. The issue stems from the use of private CA cert which I use for my local lan and vpn. Google has decided to enable CA certificate pinning as a security measure I guess hopefully there is a way to disable this.

The fake location apps don't work (rooted device)

I have a rooted android device and have tried some fake location apps (non-root and root required). They work for Google Maps, it shows the location i choose. But for the other apps like connected2me and Tinder they don't work.
I tried to make the location setting as "device only" etc. but still don't work.
I started to think why it doesn't work and maybe it s because of this:
imgur.com/a/o66Jk
It says "Your device will need to use Wi-Fi and cell networks". As I understand, even though I choose a fake location, these kind of apps get the information from wifi provider, and that's the reason why it doesn't work.
Am I right?
Is there a way to solve this problem?
Edit: I just noticed something else. Unlike Tinder, connected2me doesn't want to use wifi and cell networks to find location. But it also doesn't show up in the location settings under "recent location requests" unlike the other apps. How does this app know my location without accessing my location lol
+1 i would like to find a trick. Normally when you are rooted you can do whatever you like with your phone even spoofing data to every app. So i'm sure there is a trick to do it. Anyway your post gives some nice clues to find the trick. I hope someone will share it here.

Disable gps without disabling locations

I havê looked far and wide for gps spoofing apps that could mock a certain location, without issue, but I keep getting what pokemon go spoofers call rubberbanding.
I was looking to mock my location so I could manage to meet Someone while maintaining my location at my job, to elude my wife, who hás access to my location history on her phone. My thoughts were on having a way to disable and reenable the antenna, thus being able to trick google's play services with a spoofing app. But I do not know how to code.
I am on an Oukitel U15pro, stock rom, and have my phone rooted with Magisk because of my banking apps.
Thank you.
