I know only two ways how to fix this. First, you need to go to your TV Developers options and enable USB debugging. Then restart your TV. Enable USB debugging again. Then restart again. This may helps on some devices.
The second way is using the my other application - ADB AppControl. Run it on your PC and try connect your TV wireless. You have to connect to AppControl before you can try to use ADB TV.
Also be sure that your TV running on Android TV 8 or newer.
Good news!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ADB TV: App Manager is available in Google Play!
So, you can install it now in a few click on your TV. Just search for ADB TV in GP app.
Also ADB TV is updated to version 1.2.0.
If you have already installed ADB TV you can update it directly in app or download it from official web-site.

You can no longer do switching to charge only!
Try unplugging your usb then replugging then reattempt adb type adb devices if the device serial No shows you have adb!
If that still does not work then update your usb drivers!

The primary means of connection is USB. Nvidia hasn't enabled support for adb over wifi; you can enable it temporarlly with the tcpip button, but you have to be connected via USB first.
Other than that, it's the same.
Hi Jocala - when you mean temporally enabling TCPIP is a short period session? or once its enabled I don't have to worry about it again.

It's enabled until you reboot the Shield.
Hello Jocala
Could you please explain how you need to connect via TCPIP the first time - should i connect my laptop via USB and then run ADBshield ?

1. Connect Shield to computer via USB
2. Run adbShield and connect via USB.
3. Press TCPIP button
This sets up the Shield to allow connections over wifi/ethernet. However, once the Shield reboots you have to do this all over again.

I'm going to be on vacation next week, back on Sept. 9th.
adbFire is now compatible with the Nvidia Shield and most other devices running Android Kodi. Please visit the adbFirehttp://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2786505 thread and give adbFire a try. 1.8 million downloads and counting!

|Tutorial|How to install third party wach faces&apps on android wear connected to ios
Hi everyone
After a lot of research i want to share with you guys the easiest way (in my opinion)to install third party watch faces and apps on your android wear connected to your iphone.
I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE ON YOUR DEVICE
Things you will need for this tutorial
A pc or laptop
Your watch with a usb cable to connet it to your pc/laptop
You have to install adb drivers
You also have to install formatter.here is the ling http://www.mediafire.com/?5a74bjg475er75d
if you have installed all tha above things, you are ready to start .
So now we are going to install Birdie Wear(this app is only an example)(with this method i am going to use now you can also install watch faces)thats just an example
now you have to download your app or watch face as an APK file and save it to your computer.the site i am using and is very good for downloading apks is called apkpure.here is the link https://www.google.gr/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0ahUKEwjQ_Yyuk-jNAhXMshQKHT7IDTIQFggcMAA&url=https%3A%2F%2Fapkpure.com%2F&usg=AFQjCNEm8ShV63J8nv4STQxAFVWmBMkK8A&sig2=HxpiMM_9CrwwOBjItS9tJA
then go to your watch and activate developer option.just go to settings-about-find build number and tap it 10 times .then go back.after about on you setting you will see developer options.go there and find ADB debugging and ENABLE IT .connect your watch to your pc and if this the first time you do this a screen will appear with some options .just select ALWAYS TRUST THIS COMPUTER .
After you have done this go on your pc and OPEN the programm called FORMATTER.when you open it choose the apk file you want to install(for me on this thried is Birdie wear )and Set format :.rar .on the name type whatever you want and then click Rename!it should look like that

After that your apk file now will be converted to a Rar file.open the rar file and go to res folder and after that to raw folder.in the raw folder you will find your apk that you have to install on the watch.copy that to your desktop
after that go to C:\adb(go to hard drive and open adb folder to your pc)then when on this folder press shift and right click to open command
when command is open 1.type: adb devices
then you will see your device name .if it says unothorised just unplug and plug your watch to the pc or laptop and type again adb devices(if you dont do this before after adb devices command go to your watch and select always trust this computer)
then after your device serial number it wiil say Device
then 2.type:adb install " apk file destination".it should look like that adb install C:\Users\BestUserEver\locationofapk\apk.apk
give it some time to install it AND YOU ARE DONE.THATS ALL. IT SEEMS TO BE A BIG THREAD BUT IF YOU DONE THIS ONE TIME IT WILL BE VERY EASY
SORRY FOR MY BAD ENGLISH ,I AM JUST 15 YEARS OLD FROM GREECE AND I HAVE BEEN SEARCHING FOR 3 DAYS TO GET IT DONE WITH MY WATCH.IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTION JUST ADD A COMMECT HERE.
THANKS
What is This?
Yes I know there are tons of drivers Installers around but this is more..
This is a Standalone version of the drivers installer from the SkipSoft Unified Android Toolkit.
--DRIVERS--
There are a selection of driver packages you can install to suit all devices (google, cwm universal, samsung and oneplus). There is also lots of help and information on what to do if the drivers don't work properly. A test routine/checker is available which will attempt to detect the plugged in device (and reboot to fastboot mode and back on google/nexus devices) to verify the drivers are working. Tools are also included to remove unwanted drivers if a fresh start is needed.
--ADB/FASTBOOT--
The Adb/Fastboot installer (Android Debug Bridge version 1.0.36) can install System-Wide (for all Users on the PC) or for the Current User Only. This is a very simple installer and means you do not have to download the complete SDK from google. You can also easily open a command prompt to send commands to your device.

This really is the the most comprehensive driver/adb/fastboot installer available.
Changelog:
1.0.3 - Added adb/fastboot latest version check at startup and download if needed
1.0.2 - Added command prompt option to menu
1.0.1 - Fixes to adb/fastboot installer
1.0.0 - Initial release
Mark.
**RESERVED**
Hey there. Thought I might ask here.
Recently updated to 7.1.1 on my Nexus 5x and now fastboot is not working. Have spent most of the day trying everything I can find on here and installing or uninstalling drivers on both my laptop and desktop with no joy.
Tried all the options within your software but no joy. Adb works ok but fastboot just will not work.
I realise this is not an issue with the software but wondering if you may know of something else to try.
36 hours now on an unrooted phone is the first time in years
Thanks
Just in case this is some use to you with your Toolkit the workaround for the fastboot issue was sorted as shown in the post below.

About:
This windows application will have you connect your Android device to your windows pc and allow you to show or hide android apps. Root is not required to do this. All of these commands can be done manually as well. This application allows you to do so with just a few clicks! Clear out your app drawer by hiding apps you do not use!
Disclaimer:
I am not responsible for what you do with this application, you are using it at your own risk and you assume all liabilities.
Version:
1.0 – Initial Release
Needed:
Windows PC (at least Windows 7 +)
Android Device with drivers installed
USB cable for device to pc
Directions:
1. Connect your device to your pc
a. Ensure appropriate drivers are already installed
2. Open the WinADB.exe application and then click the “Connect Device and Click Here to Start” button.
3. From there, you should notice device information populate in the application.
a. The “Show/Hide Apps” and “Reboot” options will become active.
4. To show/hide apps, click the “Show ALL” button and give it a few moments to populate the list.
a. This will not remove apps, it will only hide them from your app drawer!
b. Once the list loads, you can then select (one app at a time) an app by clicking it.
c. To hide it, click the “HIDE” button.
d. If you need to show the app again later, you may need to click on the “Show Uninstalled” button to see it again. You can then select the app from that list and click the “SHOW” button to see it again.
Depending on your version of Android and the device you have, not all features may work or work as intended. Please keep this in mind. I have tested this application directly with an ATT Samsung Galaxy S5 (rooted) and an ATT Asus MemoPad 7 LTE (not rooted) and has worked for both with no issues. All feedback is welcome!
