Hello, I have unfortunately managed to put my honor 8 in a sticky situation where all I can go to is fastboot mode no erecovery and no normal recovery either, so I am thinking is there any way to fix this?
I know it is a old phone and that I should probably just throw it out but I like the form factor and design and it can be good to have as a backup. Very thankful for any answers

Can you get into fastboot or not? Your post is a little hard to understand...
no nada recovery and fastboot sorry
there is a program to restore it?
and completely dead my smartphone
This is exactly what happens when you break every rule of flashing and rooting. Just a heads up, never flash a Rom for a different phone. That's root 101.
Boot into recovery by holding down volume down and power when your phone is off.
help me
The rom oppo find 5 I overwrote everything.
no fastboot
no recovery
Is not recognized by computer
the phone is dead
not charging even more
There is no way to restore it with external programs?
If you plug the device and the computer detects QHUSB, then there might be a chance to fix it, but I don't think any one developed an unbrick method using QHUSB for this phone yet, if ever.

hello,
I had the same problem this weekend : over fastboot or charging -> anything...
I was on fastboot when it happened... In made due to incorrect handling, the phone was stuck in fastboot but the screen remained black desperately not either black black black, no backlight !
My solution : press very long (over 1 minute) on the "power" button until the phone turns off and restarts !
I hope you are in this case...
When we do not really mastered the system and we bought the Chinese version OnePlus One my best advice is to stay on OS Color : definitely a ROM not that bad and will avoid unpleasant surprises. I say this because I myself have seen a lot of tutorial created a rush to be the first to have traffic on its site or generate traffic and advertising to show that we are the strongest ! These are often copied and pasted often with errors not corrected even as little skill in this field but speaks and publishes on its website anyway and too bad for those (like you) who plant their phone because they say them even they do not take any responsibility if you plant your phone against-they want to money from the pub and offers to donate by Paypal ! When you are pro, we assume because we are sure of what is said and done !
By some time when software tools will be a little more developed, you can certainly find a simple and secure way to pass under CM11S.
Patience is a good virtue: he must not hesitate to use it.
So, i`m pretty sure my phone is hard bricked.
I was running with it for several months with no issues, so today i decided to flash EK 1.15 and then rebooted my phone, but instead of booting it went to CrashDump Mode and i can`t get it to boot or enter fastboot.
I`ve tried to use MSMtool but to software does not recognize my phone and on the device manager it shows as `Qualcomm HS-USB Diagnostics 900E`, on the CrashDump it shows `Could Not Decompress Initial ramdisk image.rd_load_disk`.
I`m opening a ticket with OnePlus, but as i live in Brazil and this phone was imported i think i`m fu****
Does anybody had this problem or knows if it is indeed a hardbrick?
So looks like i was trying to enter fastboot the wrong way...
I was able to boot into fastboot and then booted from there the TWRP image and then flash the stock image and TWRP and Magisk, after that i was able to boot normally.
Thank you guys anyway, as all the info was already on the forum, all i did was do a deep search.

I'm so glad you got it up and running again! There's nothing worse than thinking there's no way out!

Glad to see you got it. I had the same issue few days ago and, indeed, it was quite hard to run fastboot mode.
Sent from my GM1913 using XDA Labs
Good recovery! Cheers
I had a OnePlus 6t around the time they first came out and I ended up in crash dump mode probably 12-15 times, sometimes just randomly without doing anything to my phone..I would look at it and it was in crash dump. I recall the devs saying something about a fix for it back then... I have a OnePlus 7 pro 1917 global model now and I bought it used and only had it about one week now. Same exact cinereous. I looked down at my device on day one of me having it and there it was, crash dump mode. Since then on my Guac I've seen crash dumb four times. I've only flashed dotOS and DerpFest but the first crash dump I experienced on this phone was before I flashed anything. I was stock with TWRP installed.. I'm back at my home base now so if and when it happens again ill grab logs and share them. I have always been lucky enough to be able to get control of my device back by holding down power+ volume until I boot to bootloader and then tap power at the "start" screen and ive always booted back up. Have you all experienced crash dump mode often on 7 pro? Hopefully this will be fixed we some point.
Hi,
while trying to root my Leagoo T565 phone I must have mixed up something and/or gotten the wrong file to flash - in any case, the phone is now as bricked as I ever made it happen to any device: When turned on, it gets into a boot loop (before starting the OS, probably because there isn't any left), but I can't get into fastboot or recovery either (none of the keys have any effect.)
I came as far as "fastboot oem unlock", which completed fine. But as one of the next steps I must have flashed a wrong bootloader by mistake.
Can anyone think of a way I could possibly recover the phone? I'm at a loss here since I can't even get into fastboot any more.
Is there still a way or might I as well toss the device?
Any help would be much appreciated!
Regards
Hi all.
I read that my oneplus 9 was able to test the beta of android 12 and found that I could do so in developer options and choose the dsu loader. Did that and now my device won't work at all. I can't get into recovery and factory reset it or anything it just restarts itself and i get an error message saying the device is corrupted and won't boot. Is it any way to fix this or have my own foolishness killed this phone? Please help

Not all hope is gone. If there is an msm tool for your variant your in luck. I have the global unlocked op9 and there isn't one yet. Although you can use a fastboot rom from xda. And there is always last resort of calling OnePlus customer service and getting a remote session . Explain to them you tried the beta release and now phone is unuseable . Hope you get it fixed as I bricked my op8 a month or so ago and it's a bad feeling. I also read the developer previews were not for north American devices. Maybe you saw that as well.

If you can boot to fastboot mode. Then fastboot format userdata I think
Didn't work. Think my bootloader is locked as well since I haven't unlocked it at all. Just read online that you could test the android beta by using that dsu thing and now my phone is gone. It was completely stock hadn't touched a thing except that I got into developer options. I didn't think i could brick a phone without mixing with ROMs and stuff.
Can you get it to bootloader?
Power off completely, then 3-button hold (vol up + vol down + power) till bootloader screen.
If you can, and you can get fastboot to recognize the device, you might have a shot at fastboot oem unlock, and then possibly a fastboot rom.
If not, then you might ask Oneplus support for an MSM tool

No luck with OEM unlock. Contacted oneplus here in sweden and will send the phone to them on Monday hoping they can fix it. Never thought i could mess upp a phone so much by just tinkering with settings within the phone but you live and learn all the time i guess. Bit sad since I got the phone two days ago
Good day fellas.
Today I played around with my old Phone and somehow deleted the bootloader. It only boots me to the eRecovery therefore not able to use ADB/Fastboot. It doesn't matter if the Phone is unbrickable but I wanna keep playing around with it. I do not have the option to Factory Reset or use the Emergency Backup meaning the bootloader is pretty much gone. Is there any way I can unbrick this phone? I tried every possible combination of keys but nothing works LOL. I also cannot use "Download lastest version and recovery" due do the phone being unable to find my Wifi (but can find any other Wifi in my house xd). Any idea will be tried out no matter if it requires disassembly since this phone is already disassembled because of the lld-testpoint method to unlock the bootloader lol.
Edit: Somehow was able to get into TWRP althrough eRecovery is on there. Strange. Got into TWRP by pressing factory reset. TWRP also isn't able to boot into bootloader and justs shuts off my phone

Pretty late response but I'll try to help you. First of all, this is Non-Lite forum, so you better ask in P20 Lite forum. Second of all, look up "IDT Huawei P20 Lite", idt is tool from HiSilicon that let's you flash board firmware on your phone, but you will have to disassemble your phone to access testpoint for this method. You have to find your idt firmware online, so good luck!
