You have to download the official fastboot rom here: https://xiaomifirmwareupdater.com/miui/tucana/stable/V13.0.2.0.RFDMIXM/
You have to unpack it twice to get to the rom itself.
Then use MiFlash Tool (https://xiaomiflashtool.com/), select your ROM and don't forget to select "Flash All and lock" option in the bottom part of the window

Hi Bro, try, only android 9 to android 8 you need other procedure.
It works... If bootloader is unlocked.
I have done it countless times, to check what is causing the volte problem.
Yes you can do it with stock recovery, because it doesn't matter!
You have to download fastboot rom, (download 10.3.3.0 or 10.3.5.0 if you want dual 4g option) (do not download recovery rom)
Extract the .tgz fastboot rom file and place it in your desktop folder (if you place it in any other folder, it may cause location not found error.)
enable usb debugging in settings and enter fastboot mode in redmi y2/s2 and connect to pc.
Launch mi flash in your PC, click select and select extracted rom folder, then click refresh.
@THE bottom right corner, Change option to "clean all"
Then click on flash, reboot when complete.
If volte doesn't work, flash baseband firmware via fastboot!
Gud luck

Hi friends, can you tell why if I try to unlock the bootloader via Mi Unlock app I get a message: "Please unlock 168 hours later"? (see attached screen).

I have Mi account signed on the device and all is prepared properly (Developer Options ebabled, account assigned in Unlock status).
Why do I have to wait 7 days?

Magisk 20.4 okay?
Can anyone help please?
1. I flashed EU MIUI 12 on a china Mi 10 Pro, should I use the boot.img from that rom?
2. I copied the boot.img file (from MIUI12 EU) to downloads. Magisk doesn't see it, it sees other files there though.
---------- Post added at 02:35 PM ---------- Previous post was at 02:09 PM ----------
Update, I rooted my Mi 10 Pro without this exact method.
My device is a China Mi 10 Pro 8/256.
1. I couldn't install the EU ROM from TWRP, so I installed the Chinese TWRP specifically for the Mi 10 Pro.
2. Inside that version of TWRP, there is a button to root the device. So I did and then flashing the EU ROM succeeded.
3. I installed Magisk 7.5.1 APK , it seems I'm not rooted. Tried root checker, no go too.
4. Now I wanted to root, so I tried this method , but for some reason Magisk (7.5.1) couldn't see my boot.img file.
5. I uninstalled Magisk (7.5.1)
6. I flashed Magisk ver 20.4 from TWRP. Cool, but couldn't see it.
7. I installed the Magisk 7.5.1 APK , and now it appears I'm rooted.
8. Tried root checker, Magisk popped and I granted acceess, root is OK!
I have a xiaomi cc9 pro Chinese that is on 12.0.2 and want to convert it to global note 10.

Tried updating through settings but it won't accept the package.

HI there..
You have to download the fastboot ROM and extract it. After that you can boot your phone in fastboot mode, and just run the flash_all.bat file from the extracted ROM. That's everything what you have to do, but just keep it in mind, don't relock the bootloader otherwise you'll brick the phone.
Best

No. You can flash even with locked bootloader. But they may fail if you try to flash to any phone with V12.0.5.0 or higher already installed. I suggest you to flash to V12.0.4.0 using fastboot before. And then, try to flash using DA files. Keep atention if you flash any custom partition, it will not boot with locked bootloader. For customization, you will need unlocked bootloader.
You can backup your unlocked bootloader and then restore it too, using this guide: https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...omi-redmi-10x-4g-xiaomi-redmi-note-9.4221065/
Good luck
