I am using "gnirehtet" for reverse USB tethering.
Any workaround/help is appreciated.
Or share resources for creating a new module for this purpose(I had some experience in development)

I'm a user of lineage OS on the fairphone 2.
I have a big problem with lineage os version 17 on my phone. It constantly freezes when I use different applications (Timer, Telegram, even sometimes when I get calls). I don't now why. Either it's a hardware problem (broken RAM) or it is a software bug. I wanted to test an older version of lineage OS like version 16 with android 9. I read something about some problems (like freezes) with android 10 which some devices have.
The problem is, there are no older versions of lineage OS for fairphone 2 (older than version 17). Is there a way to get the older versions?
I would be very gratefull.

You could try if some other Android 10 versions like /e/ ( based on LineageOS) or LineageOS for MicroG are working.
Or you could build LineageOS 16.0 yourself:

good luck
Thank you for the suggestions.
I don't want to use MicroG because I want to have an OS free of Google. Maybe I will try /e/
I don't know if I have the necessary skills to build a ROM myself to be honest. But maybe that's the best choice. So thank you. I will dig into it.

well i am not an expert but as far as i know microG is here to replace all your google libraries and stuff (like the google play service) with non-google libraries etc.
But it also gives you the option to use your google account by using these open source mircoG libraries, but you dont have to.
take a look at https://old.reddit.com/r/MicroG/wiki/index
Yeah, your're right. But it's still using the google services and infrastructures. And that is something I don't want to use
Hi, I have the same issue. My Fairphone 2 just freeze (Lineage OS 17.0). Not sure how to debug them.
The device just freezes and restarts sometimes. Is there a way to get debug information about the crash?
OnePlus released it's kernel source for Nord CE 2, which runs on MediaTek Dimensity 900 ( MT6877).
The kernel source code can be viewed on GitHub.
my nord ce 2 heat up very fast after updating the latest update available. i dont think it is normal. is it the cause by the recent update or the apps installed in my phone or the hardware? please, i need suggestion. thanks.
After some struggling and some point out why drivers weren't built.
(Wifi and bt) i managed to get them working.
Turns out there was some dumb configs not enabled and wrong *driver* name* being built.
Apparently ONEPLUS didn't define
MTK_COMBO_BT=y in defconfig
Neither did the wifi driver being correctly named when built. It would get some info (of what build info reported) then name it after that.
Instead of wlan_drv_gem4m it was named wlan_axi_6877 so the kernel never wanted to start the driver due to wrong name. So it failed to load the driver because of that.
Now A.09 can be ran with a permissive kernel and WiFi and BT WORKING
I've forked and tweaked the kernel source to get wifi and Bluetooth working.

Hey everyone
Just wondering if anyone knows of a working GSi or custom ROM for the plus model of the p11 WiFi?
Lenovo software sucks ass and I'm fed up of dealing with it.
Heya,
Ive seen a guy on YT who flashed a GSI on P11 (not Plus), and worked:

Video (In portuguese):
But honestly, I am running the CN version, and I dont find that bad.. I wouldnt flash a GSI mainly because I would lose the PC Mode / Peripheral model, which are pretty good IMHO
But if you do try it out, let us know here if works

But this module doesn't add monitor mode support and support for realtek WiFi external adapter?

i will not prefer to use nethunter as magisk module because magisk and systemless and with it you cannot unloock the full potential of nethunter because nethunter with magisk can make many problems and i faced some so it is better to to install it in system
