There are several release versions available, which is the correct one for my phone (Galaxy S4 mini running LineageOS 19.1/Android 12).
Thanks.
edit:
I think I figured it out.
ARMv8-A seems 64 bit version, ARMv7 32 bit version.
Since S4 mini is only 32 bit (e.g. according to here) I probably need the ARMv7 version.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 (10.1) - CyanogenMod x86

Guys, today ciwrl form CyanogenMod has posted an weekly update, where you can read:
Intel SDP
Intel’s representatives sat with us for a quick chat at DroidCon and graciously gave us one of their Software Development Platforms! The special Galaxy Tab 3.0 went home with Shane and he will (hopefully) use it as a head-start on adding x86 support into CM. Watch this space for more in the future.

This is news only for Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 since only 10.1 version of GalaxyTab 3 is powered by Intel Atom chip (x86 architecture) (Tab 3 7.0 is Cortex A9 ARM, Tab 3 8.0 is Samsung Exynos 4 ARM).
Keep your fingers crossed!

I think we are out of luck. All focus will be on the new tab 4 series very soon. It's just a shame. Development hasn't went very well on this device because of the intel cpu, (I guess) I wish I had bought the tab 2 10.1.

Oh im sure the development community will be all over the tab 4 family. You can get jellybean on your home pc (dual boot with windows) but this device seems to be an orphan. At least samsung hasn't abandoned it yet. They say we will get kitkat.
Here is the link if you want jellybean on your pc. It really is pretty cool.

I just tried this. I installed android alongside windows fine but when I got to the android welcome screen it was super laggy and rebooted once. Any ideas? I have two AMD 77770's running maybe I should just run a single GPU and see if that works.
i'm looking forward onto this, because i dont want the stock on my tab 3 10.1 its very laggy.
Hope this ain't no fake.. Really looking forward on running CM on our family phone.

Hmmm I have a dell optiplex core 2 duo 3 ghz with stock intel graphics, and its usable. Some folks say they loaded it on their old pc's with 478 intel cpu's and say it made them faster than xp was. I have no proof of that, but that's what they said in some comments I found. It doesn't run that fast on my old pc. I wonder if there is anything in it that would help angel666 in the CM project.

Also changes the date and time on windows after I try to run Android. It would be pretty cool if it wasn`t so damn laggy. Maybe someone can look into it if I post my rig`s specs. **** I don`t know I`m just trying to help Here`s my specs:

Can you please give me a direct link to post about WiFi variant? I'm reading this thread since it opened and couldn't find any working builds for p5210. There's a P5210 boot.img and mine build.prop but after flashing it ends in Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 for me ...
If anyone could compile a build for P5210 it would be great.

Galaxy tab 2 10.1 P5110 - Latest stable Android based OS?

Hi everybody,
I am now using a Galaxy tab 2 P5110, running under Android 4.1.2, not rooted.
My problem is that my Tab is really slow when I use basic apps (chrome, office apps).
In order to get a bit more power from it (removing the Samsung layout, but I know it's a 2012 tablet...) I am looking for the most stable ROM I could use, and if possible running under a quite recent android version.
I am quite new to this kind of manipulations, so I am also looking for a tutorial to instal the ROM you could advice me.
I know I have to root my tab before doing anything. Does the tutorial available here (https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1657056 - by Weltwon) work with 4.1.2 android version?
Thank you all for your answers!
Matthieu

Edit: I have an other question. Is the root enough to remove the Samsung touchwizz layer? If yes, how to do it?
Lineage OS 13.0
You could get a Lineage OS 13.0 nightly, and from my experience those are fairly stable.

For starters if you want to get rid of TouchWiz you can remove all of the bloatware and Samsung apps (like TouchWiz home, AccuWeather widget, Samsung Apps, Group play).
But I recommend just install custom ROM. Maybe cm11 or cm12.. I am using Dhollmen 4.4.4 on my tab for 1 years and it is working very well for me.
Thank you for your advices,
@tasnim_tamim: I dont know Dohllmen. Is it à cyanogenmod Android version? Which tab do you run under this ROM?
@orionboughton: are nightly versions if lineageOS stable? I have heard that these are update vert often, and some Android functionality can be disabled
Its a ROM based of SlimROM.. I am running it on my galaxy tab 2 7.0 p3100
Lineage OS 13.0
Lineage OS is basically an updated version of Cyanogenmod, so i guess that's what it's based off of.
I've been running a nightly of Lineage OS from their website at https://download.lineageos.org/espressowifi , and it's really smooth compared to touchwiz and the ram is managed much better. The camera works, the gyroscope works, and I've only had one or two problems (like root not being enabled out of the box, and needing to flash a supersu zip to get that running), and besides that it's all good. If you have a problem, rebooting usually fixes it and I've rarely had to do that in the past few weeks I've been running it.
Another plus is it runs android 6.0, which seems to be better in every way. Great standby time, 4h or more screen on time, etc.
However if you do decide to get it, make sure to flash with the latest version of twrp, and if not you might softbrick your device.

Getting into rom development?

Hello everyone, I'd like to ask the following question(s).
Background: I've got experience in programming Java, C#, Python and I've messed around other programming languages before.
I'd like to get into the entire ROM building / compiling / 'cooking' scene but I am clueless as where I could start. I've a Zuk Z2(plus) with an unlocked bootloader and TWRP 3.1.0-3 installed.
Rom: AOSPExtended V4.4
Kernel: DarkMoon Experimental 178
Mod(s): shox_Audio_Mod V1.4
Gapps: Opengapps micro
Root: Magisk V13.2
I've been testing lots of roms recently, and now I am getting interested in (as mentioned above) compiling my own roms and maybe even port a rom myself? I'd start out with testing on my Zuk Z2(plus) since I can recover this device from any kind of software-brick. The main reason I'd like to mess around in this scene is because I've got an older tablet laying around with a MTK SOC, but with android 4.4.4 and I'd like to be able to update this
Tablet I'd like to upgrade (eventually): Cube T9 (currently only supports android 4.4.4)
I'd like to create a ROM based on one of these tablets: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/BOBARRY-10-inch-screen-for-T109-only-a-screen/32801822243.html
It might be completely fake hardware specs, I only hope that the SOC and the android version are correct (Maybe someone can confirm this for me)?
It's the only other tablet I've found running the MT8752 SOC and an android version higher then 4.x.x.
Any idea's tips or places where I could start best? I am open to all suggestions so please comment below

Lineage OS for Samsung Tab4, 7 inch, T231, 3G

Guys, I am new to this forum. My Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 (7 inch) T231 is running on very old Android KitKat version 4.4.2. This is the last official OS update received. Many apps are not supported on this old android.
Please provide a stable Lineage OS version, ROM file link and whole process to install.
I will be ok with installing Lineage OS version 13 and above (i.e. Marshmallow 6 and above), which ever is most stable.
Thank you in advance.

Since you are new, a few words...
People may understand your request different, like one understands "is there some out there who can help me and how can I help..." and others may understand "give me that ROM, you are there to provide me stuff..." So better be slightly "overpolite".
Developers and development teams just share their work on XDA and improve it based on the feedback the users or other developers give them. We can be happy, that XDA is a big development hub and have to be very respectful. :good:
The Tab 4 is a very old device, in my case I just use it as a small power bank. Display resolution, RAM, system speed... however, developing may be suspended and you cannot expect newer custom ROM releases.
I will explain quickly because Galaxy tab 4 7.0 variants don't get support.
8.0 and 10.1 models have SD400 (msm8226) SoC, 7.0 has a Marvell for the wifi variant and an Exynos for 3G and LTE variants. And it's easier to work on qcom-powered devices
I'm gonna go ahead an do what nobody else here would and answer your question. And it indeed works because I did it just last night. Just follow the link below

LineageOS Forum Generell LineageOS Allgemein Old GT-S7500, 512MB RAM and internal memory capable to run lineageOS?

Hello, I'm Just curious, If lineageOS will run on such a device with such less memory.
Also gingerbread 2.3 will stop most apps from Installation. Therefor I'm also curious to run 4.4 KitKat or CM on it.
I found some articles on the net on how installing 17.0 or 14.0 in Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus GT-S7500. But I'm uncertain, if those articles are serious.
Can't imagine that current Android versions are abel to run on such small memory, but who knows? I'm relatively new to all this mobile stuff and modding.
Maybe it would be better for me to try PostmarketOS or other linux mobile systems.
I want to use the Galaxy Ace to experiment with custom ROMs, rooting and the like, to use the knowlege later in with my wiko ufeel, which I don't want to brick, but which is sticking with an outdated Marshmallow.
