I am also new on this forum and I receive the same message.
We are not allowed to post messages in the development forums.
Try in general or Q&A forum. There should be able to post you message.
You have to post at least 10 messages and after that you will receive more permissions.

You said right: you're a newbie (like me).. So you can't post in the developers section
When you post more of 10 comments, then you can post in that section.

Team Win Recovery Project 3.x, or twrp3 for short, is a custom recovery built with ease of use and customization in mind. It's a full touch driven user interface no more volume rocker or power buttons to mash. The GUI is also fully XML driven and completely theme-able. You can change just about every aspect of the look and feel.
TWRP built for the moto g71 5G. It should work fine, but using it is a try at your own risk procedure. Your bootloader must be unlocked to use this recovery. Fastboot mode is used to boot this recovery.
Boot through twrp or fastboot
To temporarily boot this recovery:

To permanently flash it:
To make twrp replace stock recovery temporarily boot twrp and navigate
to advanced menu and select Flash Current TWRP option.

touch screen isnt working for me...also did u "fastboot flash boot recovery.img" or "fastboot flash recovery.img" on this phone? cause 2nd option gives an error "(bootloader) invalid partition name recovery"

fastboot flash recovery.img never works as your are not flashing it any where. as for touch screen send logs

FASTEST Android for Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (gt-n8010)

HI. I would like to know if there's ANY other Android flavor and version that's FASTER than the Android 7.1.2 Resurrection Remix. I have also tried Android 7.1.2 Lineage OS, but that was A LOT slower.

Well i'm looking for a faster rom, but thanks for the suggestion

Faster nobody benchmarks as so many outside factors .
Nandroid backup and you can try every rom .
As you will see most roms are no longer updated and are now well out of date on this very old tablet .
