I am using one with Stock Rom. Would this give a better performance? I got it from someone else so i do not care about warranty. Plus has anyone used it yet? Is it stable or yet having any bugs?

Before you start reading note that no spoon-feeding is done here and its a bit tricky, so use your common-sense if you are flashing Stock ROM for the first time.
REQUIREMENTS:
-PC/laptop
-ADB-Fastboot / Qualcomm Drivers must be installed
-Stock Oreo Firmware V1.0 File Download
-And A working Brain
**Note Password : vishalsmagic
Process:
First Install all the drivers and Extract the Stock Oreo Firmware.
Then just go to the directory of rom then click on "VISHALSMAGIC" file and then enter the password
Before Flashing Make sure your device is in EDL Mode.
To Boot in EDL Mode, just Power OFF your device and then press (volume up + volume down button simultaneously) and just connects the data cable... and your notification LED will start blinking..
THEN Just enter the com port number (ex: com2) And hit enter
After that the flashing process will start, just wait for the flashing process to complete.
After that Just boot you device.
I THINK NOW YOU CAN FLASH STOCK FIRMWARE EASILY IN 10or.E DEVICE...

[SOLVED] HarmonyOS Install on P50 Pro Global
steps for back to emui 12
This is how it worked for me:
download the last rom from google drive :
Huawei_P50_Pro_JAD-LX9_102.0.1.288C10E1R9P1_Dload.zip
Place this folder in a USB drive.
Use an OTG cable to connect the USB drive to the P50 Pro.
Dial *#*#2846579#*#* from the dial pad.
Select option 4, and then option 1, press ok. The phone will restart and the upgrade will start.
Or choose to turn it off. After that, restart (using the 2-button method) in recovery mode, and in the Clear menu, only "wipe cache". After that, Update menu. Then "OTG" updtate... eRecovery recognized the ROM.
Automatically Downloaded what was needed, updated the system.
and successfully return back to emui 12
