My model is Oneplus 9 T-mobile Variant and I have waited so long for OOS 13 but it doesn't have any notification about it then I am still stuck at 12. So how to experience OOS 13 without waiting for T-Mobile to release it?
Well, T-mobile makes me really disappointed...
Use Tmobile MSM tool to downgrade, then convert variant to Global, then update to A13.

Late response but, yeah I did figure it out. There's a long porting process and you can only install select roms but it does work, or I suppose it does. No one really has done any porting recently so we don't really know. AND NO ANDROID 11 ROMS WONT WORK

You're partially right. The roms do boot but the modem is broken which is why the roms require porting

But it says it's 11.0.5.5.IN21DA and I'm IN21AA. Kind of makes me scared to flash it.

I flashed the Indian version once by mistake - it worked fine. Just that it had some additional bloatware specifically for that region. But carrier frequencies may cause some loss of signal, at times, I think.
The download here is the NA/USA version, it's just mislabeled. The download link is correct, I successfully installed it.

I have a Oneplus 8 from Tmobile which I was able to update to Global ROM 11.0.7.7 IN21AA. Seems like it doesn't have the dual sim support. I have the tray and the phone is unlocked. Any help? Any other ROM that I can upload that has this available?

Unlock bootloader and flash fastboot android 10 EU rom and update your oneplus to android 11 in updater app.
And now after updating, lock the bootloader.
Congrats now u have working dual sim on oneplus 8 t- mobile

Does your second sim get any signal? My phone detects it after following the above, but doesn't connect to the cell network. Same thing if I swap the first and second sim, the second one never gets signal.
Same story all across the board... no one has yet proved that SIM2 actually gets signal even though it shows IMEI for TMOBILE varients

I didn't know about this twrp, thanks. But last night I learned that lineageos doesn't support my model so now I have to find a different supported rom
Also used this version of TWRP with success.
Although lineageos doesn't officially support the tmobile versions, you should be able to make it work. I was able to get the tmobile 9 pro going with the help of another thread on the forum. Have you had time to look through the recent threads?

lineageos does support it i used lineage on my le2117 the only difference between le2115 and le2117 is the tmo bootlogo on oos
