Bought Note 5 - 920F

Hello,
I bought a Note 5 from Dubai. The seller was advertising it as unlocked.
Back home, the SIM is working but the device (which was packed as new) is rooted the series is SM-N920F (nobleltevzw) and shows the brand as Verizon.
My issue is that it is stuck on 5.1.1 and does not upgrade or show any upgrade to 6.
I am afraid to flash with the original Samsung ROM, I am not sure anymore why it was rooted or if this series is actually SIM Locked and was rooted to be unlocked.
Any ideas?

If its a verizon version its not rooted there is no available root method.
And also if it is verzion note 5 its unlockex out of the box. Just may not support local bands being used. I had this issue. I use a company called net10 which can bounce off just about any towers. So i was using att on my note 5 and it didnt pick up bately anything now im back on verizons towers and all good

N20U flashed to VZW rim, not switching CSC when using a different sim

Hi all, I flashed my unlocked note 20 ultra to the Verizon variants rom to gain some of Verizon's features that they include. I know when I did this previously on my S7, the Verizon rom would auto switch to the T-Mobile or AT&T rom. On the note 20, this doesn't seem to happen. How can I restore this behavior on the note 20?

Change CSC for S20 Note Ultra 5G

I am trying to change the CSC on S20 Note Ultra 5g for the following reasons:
I have T-Mobile service but don't currently get 5g. I am told by T-Mobile support I am not getting 5g because the bands used in UAE and US are different. I'd like to get 5g and am hoping changing the CSC after flashing the ROM is one way. I also would like to get automatic recording with the phone dialer. Below are the details and things I've tried. Any help is greatly appreciated as I am lost.
S20 Note Ultra 5G (SM-N986B/DS)
Has UAE CSC (XSG/XSG)
Multi-CSC ROM - N986BXXU3DUH2
Service Provider Software Version - SAOMC_SM-N986B_OXM_XSG_RR_0009 XSG/XSG, XSG/XSG
OS Android 11 with August 2021 update (and July 2021 update)
I've tried the following:
Flashed the ROM with several of them (UK, INS, Germany, Israel etc). Both HOME_CSC & CSC
Rooted the phone (unlocked boot loader)
Tried *#272*IMEI# - this give the Connection Problem or Invalid MMI Code.

samsung s21 5g problems help w/ software!

i have a tmobile branded galaxy s21 5g. i paid it off had tmobile unlock it then switched to spectrum mobile.
my phone now works but only to make/rec calls and texts. NO DATA CONNECTION WITHOUT WIFI.
i attempted to flash it using an unbranded USC firmware using oden, it flashed successfully, but no change in the phones data connection. and miraculously under download mode its still saying CARRIER: TMB, even after the flash.
please help.

Verizon to Tmobile switch

So I just switched today to tmobile from Verizon and my note 20 ultra was flashed to the U1 version and everything works fine but was wondering about the updates or should I flash it again to tmobile then the U1?
