Control of stock Peugeot 308 LCD Display

Hi Guys,
I have a PX3 Android 7.0 Device with 4 GB Ram and 32 GB Rom. The unit is working now in Peugeot 308 with an LCD small display in the center console. It shows some stuff like Clock, media info playing, some information for the status of the car, Temperature and stuff like this.

I have seen that these devices have a software with touch buttons which help to go in the menu of this LCD display - but i cannot find this software on my unit. I know that it has to be activated via the Factory Settings menu (Code 126) - but really cannot find the correct can bus setting with which i can see this working. Could someone help me with this ?
I think it is the same also on some Citroen cars.

same problem here with a Witson unit the worst is the you cant change the clock.
The only way to change the clock is by installing the original stereo!
the km/miles per hour also does not toggle . even though i know it can do it, if i reboot the device and look at the dashboard the trip computer toggles between mph/kph several times on its own for about 5 seconds.
I have upgrade my mcu and now im testing different settings in the can bus department.
another od thing is that my Peugeot partner only works when set as a 3008 on the can-bus setting.

Hi, do you have any progress with this issue ?
I saw in Youtube some android devices installed on Peugeot - having this option working. They have the icon : Control Settings - and in this application there are the buttons with which all the settings in the Up LCD display can be manipulated. I have this application - but do not have the software buttons.

I made it. Please try the following CAN BUS setting in the Extra Settings :
Canbus 61 PSA_301&2008&408
Type 5 3008
Key mode 508/2012
Swap_key Normal
Then go to the Control Settings application and you should see the buttons with which you can make all the adjustments.

Hello, yesterday i receive my navi Witson W2-V5588 for PEUGEOT 407. My original navi was RNEG and work fine. New Witson work well but have some ....... When install it my parktronik stop work, auto daylight not on.
My canbus setting are:
Canbus 61 PSA_301&2008&408(Simple)
Type 9 407/2005
Key mode No
Swap_key Normal
Can sombody help me?

Yes, try the settings that i made above your post. That worked for me.

Same problem. My stock display show the radio station from my android audio and i have controls with buttons, but they not work and i cant access my system menu now

How to change the language for the peugeot car dash?
Used to be able to change with the original radio but couldnt with the android head unit.

Hello experts,
I have a 2013 Jeep Wrangler with the 6-speed manual transmission.
I am having an issue trying to get the head unit to automatically switch to the reverse camera when I place the vehicle in reverse.
I have wired the system up as described by Daisaita because my canbus decoder does not sense the reverse input from the canbus. (Example of wiring attached)

The camera works and I have verified that I have 12vdc present at the orange "trigger" wire, that is labeled as "reverse" on the head unit, when in reverse.
I have been through all of the settings and cannot see anything that might affect the unit not switching. Could it be a wrong canbus setting under factory settings?

I have the same problem with my Nissan Rogue. Just connect the reverse cable with 12v but nothing happened. It is as if the player did not detect the presence of the camera. I would appreciate any help.

Cam only working via app
I have a Suzuki swift sport with a dasaita head unit. I have the camera to the reverse light via a rectifier suggested at time of purchase of the camera. The trigger wire is connected to the reverse light power before the rectifier. When using a voltmeter while the reverse light is on I get no voltage through it (this is strange?)
On the other end of this, when the trigger is spliced into the ACC (direct power) and the video from the camera is connected to the video in, I only get an image through the video app while in reverse. This is despite constant power from the ACC cable when not in reverse.
If I move the trigger wire to the reverse wire the camera no longer works.
If I move the rca to the CAM In with the reverse cable the video doesn't work. (this is the normal set up as in instructions)
If I join the reverse cable to the ACC cable, this voltage triggers the head unit to go to reverse mode without an image. Just the yellow triangle.
So
1. the camera works
2. The car going into reverse triggers the camera to work
3. Adding voltage on the reverse cable makes the head unit go into reverse camera
4. I can't get an image from the camera unless I use the video in app

MTCD replacement board question

I have a PX5 w/ Android 9 Dasaita 10.2in Double Din android radio. I have a replacement board with a DSP module I got from aliexpress from a Dasaita (Hot Audio) seller.
My question is, Can I swap the coreboard from my NON-DSP having motherboard to the DSP installed motherboard?
I don't have my truck currently as it's in the shop and didn't get a chance to take the radio out and take it apart to see.

Post images of both boards.

I can't get the other motherboard picture as it's still hooked up to my truck, which is in the shop now.
I have seen some pictures and videos of the coreboards that only need to be screwed down as the pins mate up perfectly, but there are some that seems to be soldered or something.

I believe you need the appropriate software to drive the new dsp otherwise it won't be recognized.

Here is a picture of the other board, it seems this coreboard is soldered to the motherboard.
I've contacted a seller on Aliexpress and he said I can purchase a coreboard. Both are from a Dasaita "authorized" seller (Hot Audio).

Undo screws, SOM sits on header pins..
Also, I couldn't see the "DSP" option board on either of your boards.
Not sure what it is you're asking....

The DSP is on the first picture, it's parallel to the radio chip. I was just trying to see if they solder the SOM to the motherboard.

Will this Joying fit and is it compatible with the car’s factory JBL system?
This unit is available on both eBay & the official Joying site. In case if something goes wrong & I want a refund, which one of the two should I purchase it from?

Ive been using the non JBL version in my Tacoma for months, and it is great. Fast interface, steering wheel buttons all work, and easy to install with their wire harness.
I think that is joying's ebay account so you can order from either and get their warranty.

No issues, they just updated for support for Wireless Android Auto, and it already supports wired & wireless carplay but I don't have any experience with it.

FYT are playing catch up with their AA and car play support.
As soon as FYT stop updating these units will be bust for this support as non-genuine

I got a basic android headunit years ago and not long after it became very laggy even with basic factory settings so i dint want it to happen again?
Looking to get at least a 4gb+64gb version
The main concern is reliability for as long as possible (as i understand as android updates certain units become obsolete)
But mainly DSP Quality and highest power RCA output for the amplifiers
Plus android auto and apple carplay for phone calls and GPS maps
It will be used in a weekend cruiser car with a old school set up of 2x12" subs and 2 sets of splits with 2 x descent RCA input style amplifiers
These are the models i have come across but not sure if or which one is best choice or should i consider something else?
