Hi,
My oneplus 6 appears to have either died or bricked itself during the night, I got the qualcomm crash dump mode screen on my device when I woke up this morning. My device isn't Rooted or flashed. I have since discovering this this morning I have been panic trying to sort out a solution I have tried MSM that gets to the download complete status. I remove the cable the device displays a splash screen and the screen stays black. Going into fast boot the bootloader and baseband are blank. Hoping someone would have a solution.
Thanks in advance.
I have the exact same issue, I've tried multiple MSM tools without any luck. Sometimes I can reach Fastboot mode, but most of the time it seems to be stuck in EDL mode. My phone was unrooted and stock.
Yep, happened for me too.. Still figuring out to fix this issue.

Hello guys I have been struggling for the past week, my LG G2 phone has been rooted, I flash a custom recovery TWRP then I lunched to my stock rom I then tried to update my firmware to 4.4.2 kitkat the update was downloaded successfully, then it told me to reboot, so I did phone switched off then I was stuck on a boot loop but this time it was a boot loop with a error message on the left top corner. and then it would take be to a dim back screen. I searched the entire week to find a method to get me through the start screen and I found this -> NO Recovery mode, No download mode, after OTA on rooted LG G2 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2582142 I done exactly what it was showing, then my phone switched off and now it won't power up. Then I tried turning it on NOTHING phone does't show the LED charging lights, does't respond to the usb being plugged in can't do ANYTHING I am guessing the battery has died so now I don't know what to do, either contact LG or should I try getting a battery that is fully charged or even use a factory cable any ideas guys ?
Call LG support.

Hello Everyone,
I have been trying to help my friend with his soft-bricked G3. He wasn't rooted and had never even played with flashing anything, it just stopped booting one day and would display the "LG Life's Good" boot screen for a few seconds before going black and then just repeating this endlessly. I was able to get into recovery and download mode so I used the tot method to flash back to stock after a hard reset just produced the same results.
When I flashed the stock firmware, everything appeared to work fine, it went through the MiniOS bootup and everything, said success, gave me the hard reset status screen so when it finished I pulled the battery as instructed and rebooted but the phone still has the same issue. I have tried to run factory reset through recovery now that I flashed the new firmware and it still does the same thing, just hangs at the boot screen for a few seconds before going black and then trying again, endlessly.
Has anyone encountered this before? Is it bricked?
Thanks.

Hey guys, I've got a Kyocera Brigadier and I decided to change the runtime from Dalvik to ART. Now the phone is stuck on loadscreen and I don't know how to fix it. The phone is rooted using the KingRoot app, but I don't know if that would help in any way.
Please help me guys!
Similar Issue
I am have a very similar issue, I also rooted my Brigadier with Kingroot and all went well. However, I attempted to flash the Xposed Framework onto it using Flashify. After doing such it got stuck in a bootloop, I was able to fix that problem by booting into fastboot mode and using fastboot to push stock firmware back onto my device. However now I have an even bigger problem where my phone boots up to the Powered by Android screen and then to the Kyocera screen, however instead of continuing to boot to the Verizon Wireless screen and then into the phone, it gets stuck at a black screen. I have tried waiting for hours and nothing at all happens, also I can no longer seem to boot into fastboot mode or in other words the Powered by Android screen with the little 1 in the top left corner of the screen. Fastboot nor ADB recognizes the device when plugged into my computer, as neither list anything when ran. Please help, I don't want to have to pay and end up sending my phone into Verizon to be unbricked.

Hey all, any help would be greatly appreciated.
Last night my phone decided to update some software and it did so overnight. But when I woke up this morning my phone was in lockdown mode. Now this wouldn't be an issue were it not for the password prompt not showing up. I've tried every combination of buttons, waiting for the aod to turn on and tapping/swiping. My phones an over-glorified brick at this point.
Did you get it fixed ? It bricked mine when it tried to OTA android 11, ended up had to reflash it with downloaded image via LGUP, it was a huge scare.
Hi guys,
Hope someone can give me some light about diagnosing flash memo device hardware damage.
I have an OnePlus 6 A6003 that entered for sudden in CrashDump Mode. It stopped to run the OS, although the bootloader mode still worked.
Guided by some tutorials I tried to unlock trough fastboot and adb in CMD panel without success in unlocking the device.
After that, I started trying Msm Downloading tool to flash a Oxygen firmware and make it brand new. I couldn't.
The process stopped somehow in the middle of downloading to system_a. I lost hope big time here and went to SMT flashing. The tutorial advised that i could lose IMEI if i did not backed up my EFS. I didn't, but i figured i could use some downloaded backup and change my IMEI back to original, as I have the original box and data of the phone. I did it and the process of flashing the device stopped the same spot it did before.
From there I repeated the process in loop until finally I got it done. Once the original oxygen firmware was succefully flashed I was happy, till i discovered the phone still doesn't turn on. it always blurs the initial logo screen after some seconds and freezes.
At this point I think there is some hardware problem at the flashdrive device. Anyone have any idea if this still can be a software problem or can assure me how i could definitly diagnose it?
I 'd be thankful with any help.
