Nope can't , because our phone doesn't have a gyroscope.

It is not possible. You have to buy a phone that has an IR blaster, sorry.

Are there any bugs
The present rom is in Chinese or in English....? Any chinese apps?
This is not consumerir fix. This is just port qucksetsdk and letvremotecontrol from eui to cyanogen, I have do it on Le Max 2 few month ago: https://forum.xda-developers.com/le-max-2/how-to/running-remote-control-app-mokee-t3514572 (I think twrp archive will work on any CM and Le 2 to).
If anybody setup this FW, please test this:

without letvremotecontrol running and with it running. It will show IR chip powerstate, on EUI it turned on only when IR send command.

Tried this method not working for me
I noticed that this patch states IR location
System/priv-app
And in orignal eui its system/app
