Because the oneplus one reached its EOL.
So we wont get any big software updates e.g. android 7 (missing hardware encryption), volte. For xda developers it is impossible to add this feature without the access to the modem.

I dont think it is qualcoms fault. It is just a software implementation.

I have not tried it personally.

i have done it true to false but my camera app is not crashing!so is there anything?what it basically does?
