My device is Redmi note 11 pro bought in China. But the device was flashed with a global Miui 12 in English because I wish to have the Google framework. But I happen to find that Miui12 would install some game and other various apps on my device without any notice if I change the Region in the Setting, e.g. swith from US to Hongkong, to Thailand. Later I downloaded and installed the update patch from Xiaomi and had a full factory reset on the system. But the problem still exists.

Am I the only one who encountered this problem?
This screenshot was taken after I had the factory reset. Those apps in the red box were installed by the Miui12 system quietly.

Dear users,
i have strange crash problem after upgrading my official rom on Lenovo S580 phone. The phone crashed while updating on the newest version of stock firmware, and now the device boots only into the recovery mode. I have never used a custom ROM on this phone. The last option on the picture that is below is something i have never seen before - it says "system partition check", and after i run it i get a report "system has been root". Does this mean that my phone is rooted? It is still under warranty so please advise me if my warranty covers this kind of problem. Thank you all in advance.

Hi, I had google pixel 2 device for 3 years and I just updated to galaxy s21 ultra, whatsapp live location didnt work on pixel (not rooted) and now it is not working on galaxy ( dr. Ketan rom).
When I install the app and give location permission it doesn't give me the option to allow all the time, it just gives allow when im using the app (screenshot attached)

which is causing the problem that location doesn't update.
I formatted the devices many times, installed the app many times, tried everything but nothing worked.
Anyone has solution please?
My Redmi 3S with Miui 10 running Android 6 has crashed when recording videos on Whatasapp. I've cleared cache, reinstalled the application, I've done a hard reset and the error continues. When I restart the device I can even record videos normally, but then the error comes back. I saw that there is a Samsung user with the similar problem, but with cloned Whtasapp, which is not my case. Is anyone with the same problem? follow images

its a Tencent version , I updated a couple months ago by downloading the latest software and move to the internal storage , reboot and updated successfully to WW_18.0840.2111.200
Now I tried to do the same , download manually the latest ww android 11 , WW_18.0840.2202.231 , tried the 18.0840.2201.226 as well , still no luck
I'm doing something wrong ?

i had to update first to WW_18.0840.2112.210 than i was able to update to WW_18.0840.2202.231

my phone is CN version flashed with global rom i never get any update sitll on android 11 ui 2.0 so please can help me on that if i can change it to indian version like 11_C.08 or back it to the origenal CN version and my bootloader is unlocked
have you tried using vpn and clearing cache for software update app in settings?

yeah i do all of that nothing work
TRy the OKO VPN with milano in italy. When your phone starting the download of the new version turn off the vpn.
