I have a problem with the update.
I am rooted, with the unlocked bootloader.
The images follow each other in order. When I try to force the update, the error messages reappear.
Does anyone have a solution please?
Thank you in advance

You can not update using OTA when rooted.

You will have to flash the update. I am sure there are guides for your device

Thank you, I am not an English speaker, I could not find!

You don't actually have to flash the OTA, you can just take the normal OTA to your phone.
But it's true that being able to OTA update requires ur device to not be rooted.
If you flashed ur rooted boot img directly in fastboot, I'm not 100% sure but you probably have to flash unrooted boot img first. Please check this with other guides tho.
The generally recommended method is that you dont flash rooted boot img in fastboot but instead boot it and then flash through magisk. This way magisk has a backup and you can refer to the following guide to install OTA updates:
https://topjohnwu.github.io/Magisk/ota.html

fwiw i also got the Couldn't update - Installation problem trying to update my unrooted 6a with the 21mb November OTA. haven't been able to get past it and so i guess i'll just wait til there's another stable release and flash that? anyone else had this?

Updating Rooted phone

I recently purchased a rooted HTC One X, the phone is currently running 4.2.2 Liquid Smooth and hasn't been updated in probably a year. Do I need to update TWRP recovery first then install whatever rom I want to use?

Here's pictures of the current bootloader and TWRP version.
You have some work to do. First thing you need to do is get s-off, try the Facepalm S-off method. Then you'll need to update your firmware, go to the How-To Guide For Beginners thread in my signature for download and instructions. Then you need to flash the latest TWRP, you'll find that here.

So I've gone ahead and followed all of your steps, have s-off, updated firmware and an updated version of TWRP. Is it safe to say I'm good to go and can flash the rom of my choice?
Yes, your phone is now able to run any current ROM.

Yeah this cannot be applied to rooted devices.
I am going to try to mod this file so rooted users can flash this.
I am just going to TRY.
I made an nandroid of my device right after I unlocked it and applied twrp, so I just have to restore system (to remove xposed, etc) , boot (as I have a custom kernel and system-less root) and stock recovery and it should flash ok.
I have a European device...

I'm aware of that, thanks. Euro OTA was captured already and I've also got the notification to flash.
I was just providing information.

Thanks. Worked for me. Although, I didn't flash the SR SuperSU and didn't wipe dalvik nor cache as that didn't work for me. Just flashed magisk and was rooted through the magisk manager.

Cant get Magisk to work on Huawei device

Hi guys.
Im having trouble trying to install Magisk on my Huawei Y7 2018 and im hopping you help me to find the issue. First of all ive read the official guide and followed every step, the issue i have is when you have to patch the recovery.img and boot.img files, but i found none of those in my OEM rom file. Reading a few threads on this forum it seems that Huawei doesnt have those exact files on their roms but i havent found wich ones are the equivalents to be patched.

Thank you!. I will try it and report back.
Well, no luck. The phone keeps reeboting after i flash the patched file.
how did you patch the RAMKDISK.img? did you preserve encryption?
Well here's how i managed to make it work.
1 - Installing a custom recovery, in this case TWRP 3.2 (ministryofsolutions has a tutorial on his website about this)
2 - Donwloading the latest Magisk apk from the official website.
3 - Renaming the .apk file to a .zip file, this is necesary in order to make it flashable through TWRP.
4 - After flashing Magisk from recovery reboot the phone and open the app, if it ask for an update tap the allow button.
5 - After the update is done check the status and it should display the installed version.
6 - Check the root status with root checker.
7 - Done !
Thanks to everyone for the help.
the installation instructions I have linked does not involve TWRP

Yes' you don't need to root, the OTA is bit different. you getting the pop-up that ther is update avaible and the phone download it but it won't install it like in "normal" rom, all you need to do is to copy the .zip file file to your computer, put your phone to fastboot mode and run one file that will install the update and restart the phone.
read the "how to" guide here on forum.

No need to root with Xiaomi Eu rom
Xiaomi EU rom=Hybrid = can be installed and and update with either Twrp(OTA) or Fastboot
