Hi, I've been using Poco X3 (Indian version) for about one and half years. Recently (1 week ago) my phone's front camera and both speakers suddenly stopped working. I also have hard reset my phone but still front camera and both speakers are not working. Now what should I do??
I'm so confused.

Take it to authorized service center and let them try to fix it.

I asked related personnel but they replied that, your issues on phone relate to software. I still didn't get any ideas.

[Completed] Need help to repair Huawei Honor X1 TD-LTE version model 7D-503L

Hi, I have purchased “Huawai Honor X1” TD-LTE version model 7D-503L one month back from “Flybit” company through “Aliexpress”, Google play installed with multiple language. The display is fine but the problem is from the very beginning I had problem with pressing “4” and the down left near corner 2/3cm space touch screen doesn’t work. Once while trying to send text whatever I was pressing the "n" was coming all the time, even I tried to delete but "n" was pressed all the time and while pressing “back button” the "dialer" was popping up and "0" was coming all the time. I restart few times and after 30/40 minutes it was ok. It happened again and again and now it became useless. Flybit asked me to do factory reset but it didn’t help. They mentioned one year warranty but now they are not doing anything. I have contacted Huawei here in Australia but they don’t have any support as this phone is not selling here.
I have offered Flybit to send the phone to them and they can fix it and send it back to me but they and Huawei are not answering my e-mails anymore.
I’m ready to send this phone anywhere if anyone can fix it.
Please help me.

I am sorry to hear about your trouble. Build quality is an issue with the more obscure devices for sure. I doubt anyone on XDA can help, the manufacturer needs to deal with it. I doubt paying for service would be worth it either, the cost would probably rival the device.

Complain about oneplus service centre and support

Dear oneplus , my problem is so long that is discussing today.i brought the oneplus one phone from Amazon at 11 feb 2015 . received the phone at 16 feb 2015. After 5 or 6 days i felt a problem of charging on 2g network mode then i contact to the Amazon for replacement of phone but amazon customer support tell me phone would be return not be replaced and you will receive your money in your account. Then i were decided to go at service centre for solving of problem. After 9 or 10 days of brought of phone i visit at service centre . at service centre they are tried to diagnose the problem by some mathod like changing charging cable and modem and updating software of phone but problem was still persued. That time service centre person asked me " sir your phone should be open then we can check the problem of hardware. That time i thought my phone is new right now so it is not better to open the new phon may be caused another problems after open. Then i were decided i will give phone for repairing after some months.
Yesterday i visit at another service centre of oneplus for solving of problem in the phone . they said " sir your phone is opened and it is liquid defected so it's warranty is not valid" . what a bull**** .even i have never touch my phone with wet hand never give in another hand and never leave in open environment. They said "there is a litmus paper placed at just side of handfree jack that is indicating red". Everyone can see the litmus paper in the hole of handfree jack without open the phone. I swear i see this litmus paper red from first day of taking of phone that time i don't know about this. I sure my phone was delivered to me already with that defect but no one agree to listen my words. Even during opening of my phone yesterday at service centre they broke the volume wire and not agree for their fault also they want to charge money for the volume wire. I want to ask oneplus higher authority what is this bull****.i am totally disappointed from oneplus support and service. If my problem is not solve then i will file a case in consumer court in delhi (ndia) and also requesting in court is till the decision (judgement) stop the sale of oneplus phones in india.i so serious about this matter.

Me toi faced this condition even if i doesn't Brocken intentionally my phones screen till had to pay 7000 rs

Also you can write an email to [email protected], its just matter of time, if your product still under warranty, than do one thing, raise your voice, spread your query allover the internet. Name the official OnePlus Service Center with representatives whom you've talked.

Always keep in mind, passion is one thing and foolishness is another, they can't be combined! If you had returned it in the past then you should be covered under Amazon.in guarantee refund. But since you've chose to keep it, they ain't gonna believe your word. Trust me, I own 3 OnePlus One. I have had pain in the ar*e just to get the device of my liking.
Total of 6 device I have purchased in the past year, only 3 kept and 3 had to return. No compromise on selection, always opting for fully functional unit.

Need solutions behalf of sound issue in Poco X2

Unfortunately my poco x2 not responding behalf of audio video playing, like as no sound from mobile
No alarm? No phone ringing? No notification?
Hardware issue:
Xiaomi repair center in you got warranty. Without warranty, you can still find Xiaomi repair center, but you may need to pay.
You can also find third-party repair shop at your own risk to repair.
If you get alarm, phone ringing, notification sounds, software issue. Backup your stuff from phone and clean flash.

My camera is not working on my POCO X2

I bought it just a little over a year ago, it was serving me great till now but suddenly from a few days back the main rear camera stopped working. I thought maybe it was some cache or data error so I tried clearing data and rebooting but still it doesn't work. All the other cameras are working fine. I am on stock rom and have not unlocked the bootloader ever. Service centre says as it is out of warranty they would charge me. Also, last night there was miui 12.5 update and I updated to that but still nothing is solved. Will unlocking my bootloader and trying other os help me?
Same problem here, except i lost my touch too after 12.5. Do tell if a room can solve it pls

There's an issue with the new MIUI updates on the X2, it kills your camera apparently and the only way to fix it I think is to rollback to a previous version or just flash a diff ROM

I too had this issue, i own a POCO X2 6GB, 128GB Variant, i love to play games and i play PUBG on the average of 5 to 7 hours a day. Even tough the device Sucks at Smooth Ultra with 730G Qualcomm processor. On the 11 th month both all the cameras stopped working and i was unable to reset the device to factory default settings since the find my device was enabled. it has to be done with the Processor it seems. so i had claimed the warranty in Xiaomi authorised service centre for this and they had Replaced all the Back and Front Cameras and the Mainboard at free of cost.

Hi, I have a problem with the main rear camera of my xiaomi poco x3 pro, it has broken and has been replaced by an original one from another xiaomi poco x3 pro. But when trying to open the camera application, it closes automatically and an error appears (I attach an image).
I have carried out the tests of the main camera and it works, but the image appears almost in sepia mode, there are very few colors.
I have tried to restore and flash the smartphone but it is still the same. I have also tried a camera application from the playstore (open camera) and it works but the image appears in sepia mode with very few colors.
Can you help me? Any ideas?

I am doing the repair myself, I have tried with 2 different and original cameras from other xiaomi poco x3 pro with a broken motherboard, and the same thing always happens to me.

I think something wrong you did. just try go to repair shop and ask what's happened.

I can try to find another store, because I was already in a store and they verified that the motherboard was correct and the cameras that I bought also work ok, and in that store they don't know why the error occurs.

I think 6/128 and 8/256 variants have different cam modules
you need to pair it up together to make it work

hi, correct. The cameras of the 8/256 version are different. My smartphone model is version 6/128 and the cameras I'm testing are from another 6/128 x3 pro with a damaged motherboard.
In the image the camera above is mine defective. The camera below is the one that works and I bought.
