My s6 sprint after update is freezing and rebooting
now i cannot see my software & hardware version

My Phone is SM G920P
I downloaded the firmware (0E2) from sam mobile and flash via odin
Prior to that i rooted my phone with CF-Auto-Root-zerofltetmo-zerofltetmo-smg920t.tar.md5
and flashed recovery with tmo recovery
it was working fine before me updating
i don't know did i do something wrong?

If I'm not mistaken OE2 is only for G925P. Which is the thread you're on here. That firmware is for the edge. Did you find that under your model?

It looks like the S6 does have an OE2 version. See here.
Make sure that you flashed the correct version.

I have the Nougat Beta flashed via Odin, and I don't seem to be able to get the OTA update. Is there a way we could actually get the update not being in the Beta program?

I also flashed the beta using odin (full flash including CSC). After flash, I installed the beta program APK to sign into beta and so far, I have received both beta updates via OTA.
(My phone is from official Slovak distribution and I am located in Slovakia)

See, when I did that it said the maximum number of beta participants has been reached and didnt let me through

Question Switch firmware versions // Remove China censorship

Hi everyone,
i'm currently living as an expat in China and will do so for the next two years.
I bought a Samsung Tab 7 FE here in China and would like to switch my firmware version to the international or european one to get rid of the censorship and not being able to install certain apps like Maps etc.
I've read through the recent rooting thread, unlocked my bootloader and got Odin and Frija downloaded.
What i can't find is the international firmware version of my device.
To make it clear:
Model Number: SM-T735C
CHC: CHC
Frija suggests this file:
SM-T735C_1_20211123165801_q8v4albsaf_fac.zip.enc4
But this will probably just update my firmware to the latest China firmware, right?
I also looked on sammobile but they seem to not know my device...
It should now be possible to do what i'm trying to do, can somebody give me some advice how to proceed?

Did you ever figure this out? I'm in the same position now and was looking for an answer to this too.

The "C" means you have a special hardware variant for China, it will not work with non-Chinese firmware. Your only option is a custom ROM, and with Samsung's recent moves against those, good luck.

Hardwarewise it's exactly the same, just got the restrictions on the software side. Unfortunately i've not figured it out yet @citizenjack, currently i'm using it only for media where i works just fine. I think sooner or later someone will come up with a solution

This won't work as it's the "C" variant and it won't accept this firmware.

I'm aware of this because I had to do this when I updated my phone to oxygenOS 12, I just need the file, If you have it uploaded to Google drive, that would be wonderful

How does the F.13 perform in comparison to OOS11 or F.12?
I was very unpleased with F12, very slow and laggy, battery eater... sticking with OOS11 until they fix it, which means, possibly forever ...
Edit:
I tested it. Seems faster and snappier than F.12, but the battery still drains pretty fast and sites with video/images are a lot choppier than in OOS11.
Did anyone got the F.14 update file before Oneplus removed it?

On my 2. Handy a SM-S908B EUX too, i haven´t an Update.
Frija and Samfirm show me an Old Firmware from 10/2022.
Why can't I find the firmware anywhere?
Also I can't find them on samfw or sammobile...
How do I get the firmware, can someone help?

When starting Download I get Error 400 in Bitfrost (Mobile and Win10), with Samfirm-Reborn Error 200/400... Both have the issue with S22U... other Downloads for other Devices working fine..

I'm also unable to download it. Maybe Samsung pushed back the update...

I think Sammy faces some issues.
No global January update for snapdragon variant (SM-S908E).

Today, the Update came OTA... My S22U is German/Telekom... The Download is with Samfirm-Reborn available too...
