I have a Galaxy s3 from U.S. Cellular that I bought from someone, and I do not have a sim card that works for it right now until I unlock it to use it on Airfire. Is there any way I can do it without an already working sim card?? Please help! Thank you guys

Hello! I just bought the international version of the Note 4 SM-910H Unlocked from Best Buy USA. I live in Israel. I am trying to use SIM card from local operator HOT Mobile and getting notice :
Invalid SIM card
Network locked SIM card insered.
I try with few SIM cards from same provider with same message- all SIM cards working properly with iPhone 6 and Moto X devices.
Best Buy when I ask about this problem standing by own version that device they sold UNLOCKED and OK.
Dear XDA developers please help me to understand where from problem comming and who can give or responsible or how I can solve this issue

Guys, newbie here. I just bought this phone, Lenovo A316i. The problem is that the phone doesn't have any network coverage even though I've already inserted the SIM card. Any solutions?
Im facing lot of sim related problems. Once I fit a LTE sim in 2nd slot, the 1st slot 2g sim does not connect to internet. Moreover the LTE sim does not fit in 1st slot.
Please anyone help with this.

Can you please specify the make and model of your device?
Also what firmware are you running on your device?
