hello, i have a galaxy s 4g t959 and recently i lost service and found out the phone is not recognizing the sim card in its slot, ive replaced the sim card but still nothing. it was originally on t mobiles network but i had it unlocked for att. i dont know what to do, can anyone help me?? Thanks.
have you tried pressing the simcard slot? maybe its just loose

Leave your battery out for 10min and try again

I had the same problem. I got into CwM, and whiped the cache then rebooted. Worked the first time. Two weeks later it happened again. Samsung said its a mechanical flaw in the phone that happens to about 2% of the phones. Its something thats fixed through the warranty program. Hope that helps.

My fredin went to vietnam and i told him to by an Galaxy s3 from veitnam.so my question is that i will have any issue in using it in India?i know it could be locked...if it is locked and i do it unlocked then i can use Internet etc? any network band issue i can have? please pass your advice.

If it has a Simlock you need a Sim from that provider to use with or else you can't call someone and they can't call you.
If you Unlocked it, you can simply use any Sim card from every country, But you need to sim unlock it.
I have a Galaxy s3 from U.S. Cellular that I bought from someone, and I do not have a sim card that works for it right now until I unlock it to use it on Airfire. Is there any way I can do it without an already working sim card?? Please help! Thank you guys
I just purchased a Sprint Samsung Galaxy S3 L710 and the darn thing doesn't have a SIM Card port.... Is it still possible to use it with StraightTalk? If not, would it be possible to change the SIM number in the phone? Please help. ; ;

New software? Go to phone info. and give me the screenshot from the down. I will see how i can help You
