For the Pixel 7 owners: is avaiable the Assistant Voice typing in languages like Italian or Spanish like is annunced in October 2022?
Or is it a feature that has yet to be released?

Just came across this video via Crunchgear.com..
It shows the Toshiba voice translation software in action. Does it come with the Toshiba TG01 ?
That is crazy, I'd love to get my hands on a copy of that!
True translation would take quite a bit of AI to work usefully. For example, try playing with any of the online translators for a while to see how far we have to go.
The translated voice seems really fake to me. I doesn't even sound like it came from the phone. Sort of like it was overdubbed onto the video.

What are the voice commands for search (maps, navigation) in Spanish? I can only find the list in English. French would also be desirable. Thanks
Hello,
I am french and I run the official stock JB release. I tried to use Google Now and thought I would be able to ask questions and my answer would then be spoken like I saw on youtube videos, but it's not the case ...
All it does is display the answer, but does not speak like SIRI does ... I downloaded the french voice pack, I activated voice everywhere in JB, but still does not talk ...
I then tried in english but still no voice !
Am I missing something ? Is Google Voice only a pre-release and will only be speaking in futures releases ?
EDIT : it seems that the button named "download offline speech recognition" is not present in the official stock JB release, and we need to click on it to download files which will let Google Now speak ... Does anyone know why this button is not there ? Will it be there in a future release ?

I have a big question, in June you have posted a way to have Google Assistant on Lollipop. Now it is gonna be able in Spanish, and I need to know if that way would work in that language too (because Google says only on Marshmallow +). In English, It works perfectly, but if I change the language of my phone, it says "Google Assistant does not yet support the language Spanish (Mexico). I still have that old Google App version; and I know that Assistant in Spanish is gonna be released in the coming few weeks, but I need to be sure. Thanks!
I read that grammar check was released to all android phones for Gboard. However on my Samsung Galaxy S20, grammar check isnt an available option under settings. Does anybody else with a Non-Pixel phone have it? Sorry using text to speech while driving
