i just updated from ray os to pixel, after booting up and using for some time my device started acting wierdly and i restarted it,from that time my phone is not responding, and cant even go to the download mode, its in a dead state

aah, you should have installed stock before moving to pixel...
Are you sure you tried everything? Could you send a video of what happens when you power it on? Also, does it accept charge when you connect it to the charger?

i tried to boot it up at every possible way but it wont ,it accepts charging also ,i got to know that when i put my phone with the power bank, when i try to turn on it wont respond,it doesnt even vibrate also , so i tried to put it to edl mode and it worked and it got connected to my pc by qualcom driver

That's great! You should be able to force flash the stock firmware through this mode.

Need not to worry as its not a HARD Brick. Its a soft brick.
Just flash any stock firmware through odin. Give a try. Not sure if it will work.

he can't enter download mode. so odin won't work. @bbakr u can try USB JIG on your phone and enter factory download mode for odin flashing. i hope this works.

there is an alternative download mode on your phone called factory download mode. when you connect USB JIG to your phone you will enter to that mode. here is the way that you can make your own JIG:

Try flash stock fw back..pull out battery with push power button about 3-5 sec then connect to flash..
If its failed then i guess goodbye to your device..

Then it's dead, and the only thing you can do about it is send it to a service center.
Isn't there a way for xperia l to recover from hard brick like xperia z1 via test point or something bcz sending for repair will be very expensive and it would be better of buying a new phone.
Is it possible that device becomes totally unrecoverable(hard bricked) when i attempted to change partitions and went wrong.

I used the LG Flash tool 2014 to CSE flash a kdz file, everything went alright until it finish loading at the Download mode. The phone turned off, computer can't detect my phone drive anymore. The phone is completely dead, can't charge and basically have no sign at all!!!!! When I now plug into the computer, it appears as OHSUSB_BULK on device manager. Please Please Please! Could any experts could help me out of this? Huge thank you!

Can you try to startup to download mode manually? If possible, then you still be able to flash the kdz again.

When you press or hold the power button, do you see any screen popup with error?
The error you have seen, can you capture the screenshot and share to us?
I did encountered very bad problem on my GPRO2 before (When power up, it just showed few lines). I thought it was bricked, after few tries... I managed to fix it. I just trying to help here.

Hey man, any solution? Just got this problem too. Installed Xposed on my F350K running on 4.4.2. Computer only detected my phone as QHSUSB_BULK with a bunch of storage device. holy cow, just got this phone for 2 days

I was upgrading my Xperia TO 5.1 and was flashing recovery. TWRP was flashed but I was not able to flash any zip through it.
I tried unlocking bootloader but nothing happened. I tried this 3-4 times and suddenly my Phone gone blank.
Now the condition is neither LED or any kind of vibration is working. Phone is detected as Qualcomm Qloader 9008. I tried figuring out and found that bootloader is corrupt. Many person having Snapdragon Chipset have same problem. I found EMMC DL Tool which can repair this but in version 5.2.0.r I am getting invalid user error.
Then I tried Tool studio EMMC tool from ZTE but I am getting error while downloading the Hex file. Phone is detected but unfortunately I am not able to fix it.
Please go through screenshot.
Someone please help me to fix. Either using this emmc tool or anyother.
P.S. Went to SC they said to replace MB which will cost around 6500-7500. But I don't think to spend such money for repairing when I can but much better phone in that price segment.

So, you cannot get into flashmode or fastboot? Power off your phone, hold volume up and plug it into your pc without hitting the power button. Do you get any blue led or quick led flash at all? I'm not sure about your device's condition but I can surely try getting you files from my phone.
Try installing flashtool and see if flashtool recognizes your phone at all.

Only red LED glows while I plug it in PC. Flashtool can not recognize. EMMC tool recognize but can't find/download the files.
I am pretty sure once I get the tool running it will bring back my phone alive.

Hmm, can QPST find your phone? I'm trying to get a QPST/QCN backup which could be helpful. However, fastboot, flashmode, recovery or device running, I get ports empty. Can anyone help me out here? I can try draining my battery so I have the little phase of the dull red led where the device won't power on until it's a little charged.

I guess yes, but I don't remember exactly. Switch off your phone and connect may be it should detect.

Tried that but it ends up turning on and goes to the charging animation. (Which is after the Sony Logo.) Waiting for my phone to drain

I unlocked it but the ROM zip was not flashing through TWRP. After 2-3 tries my phone went full dead. If you can help it will be great.

eh... if your device is showing loading anymation this means charger is loaded.... so no you dont have a hardbrick... try to reach fastbootmode over and over again

My brother's Lg G pro 2 F350s doesn't want to boot, boots to lg logo then it restarts, I even am unable to do anything on pc as it doesn't even get detected on my pc, please help only recovery works but gives me options to wipe data when i wipe nothing happens, could someone help a stuck guy here? :crying:

If u still face the problem toss a new battery and check it ....or grab a old Nokia battery or which ever battery fits positive and negative connection in the phone. If the phone turns on its your BATTERY...ORIGINAL G PRO 2 BATTERY COSTS AROUND 180$ DO NOT BUY CHINESE KNOCK OFF......INFORMATION IS MEDICINE :good:

It's the battery problem even if the battery looks good toss a new one and check before doing all this stuffs

hello bro the problem u have now is u have custom recovery installed on your phone and u received ota update and the phone try to install the ota update so after that your phone cant boot ur phone the phone is bootloop . if that is the problem u have to install twrp recovery and go to terminal type this code dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/fota then after that reboot your phone.
