[Q] Build a Rom for US cellular samsung galaxy note 10.1

1. is there a way after being rooted that we can flash TWRP, PHILZ or CWM to recovery?
2. Has anyone every attempted to build a rom for the 10.1
I found this post, it doesn't seem to bad but I wouldn't want to attempt it with out a backup and recovery

Stock firmware
Besides CM10.2, there aren't any roms that work with our device (sch-i925u). However, the stock firmware is now available on Sammobile (http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/3/?download=24589) and devs can use it to build custom roms. If you can talk a dev into building us one, that would be even better!

Do you mean this unofficial CM11: [ROM][4.4] CM 11 Unofficial - Beta 7 11-22-13 (Discontinued due to new device)?
Or this one: Cyanogenmod CM11?
Please check this thread: T999 UVDMD5 Firmware / Bootloader.
According to this, you might have to update some files (bootloader, modem, etc.) to be able to install newer CM versions.
AFAIK, only CM10 is officially suported for your device: [ROM][OFFICIAL] CyanogenMod 10 Nightly Builds for SGH-T999.
If you have further questions, please ask in the T-Mobile Galaxy S III Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting.
Thread closed and thank you.

espresso10rw- can't flash any CM ROM

I've had my Galaxy tab 2 10.1 flashed with CWM recover and CM10RC3 for a while. i finally found the tablet again recently and decided to update. I couldn't flash any experimental CM (nightlies), so updated my recovery to TWRP 2.8.5.0.
I still can't flash any ROMs. OS won't boot, I can only access download mode and my recovery.
When I tried flashing with CWM, i got an error 7 code, and it also said that the ROM was built for X, Y, and Z model, and mine was espresso10rw. I can't find any information on this model anywhere, all i see are the p51xx.
