You can use ADB over network wirelesslly

Hi, its a nice rom. I love native adoptable storage, i think its the only rom with this function. Thank you for the hard work. But it present 2 important bugs.
1st Wifi in j600G sometimes stop to work, or says its out of range, i try to restore wifi config but no luck... still bugged.
2nd flash. Camera Flash is broken or fail. Frontal Flash is totally broken. Third party camera apps works with flash, but not frontal flash.
There is a possibility that you can fix those bugs please? or can you spare me a solution? At least the Wifi one please
3rd Volte isn't working, is an aosp based rom, so Volte will not work.
Thanks for your time and Im sorry for my bad english.

We didn't fill the system with tons of features. We think less is more.

Nothing different from any other GSI.
Just a straight flash via fastboot to /system partition and /cache /data wipes.
It may take up to 5 minutes to boot on some devices.
If it takes longer than 5 minutes, just hold your power button and reboot.
Main rings
Background and accent colors throughout the interface can be changed.
Power menu has additions.
Lock screen PIN layout can be scrambled.
Setting suggestions can be disabled.
Sounds and animations use Google Pixel series ones.
App Ops is available.
Little tweaks
Over 80% brightness, the bar will warn you, turning orange.
Lockscreen charging info
The phone will unlock automatically when it recognises your face.
Fingerprint allows 10 scans before denying it as unlocking method.
Night light allows lower temperatures.
Pixel animations to explain some features
App info shows Google Play icon and package names.
Font size steps up by 5%.
Quick settings adjust themselves to the screen.
Preloaded applications
Brave Browser
Open Camera
AnExplorer

This ROM doesn't include gapps, download them from: https://opengapps.org/
*Remember ARM 9.0
To make the gapps get installed succesfully, you need to flash Stock ROM or LOS, then after the ROM is completely flashed, start it normally, then reboot to bootloader, boot twrp, mount system nad try to install gapps
This ROM doesn't have problems with Google Certification
About battery backup is fine, but performance is not very good I would rate it with 7.5/10

...wait this is just the standard build?
This is working fine on the XT1920-15 PETTYL (E5 play UK version)
But there are two small issues.
I was sent the "PETTYL" twrp zip as it is nowhere to be found on XDA.
After having to flash the magisk zip in twrp with the james TWRP (as the PETTYL zip doesn't actually work) magisk manager shows magisk is not installed and says I have no internet connection......!
Other problem is system sounds/ringtones are distorted and sound like they are being played by a ZX81 or old 8bit PC!
I know I got to delete or edit something in /system but I'm unsure what or how to do it.
Can anyone help me and suggest a fix please?

[ROM][UNOFFICIAL] Resurrection Remix 5.8.5 for Alcatel OneTouch Hero 2 + TWRP 3.2.1.0

First of all, sorry for not posting this to the development section, I am currently unable to do so, if a moderator could move this to the phone's topic/thread/forum, that'd be great.
I recently managed to port both the rom and TWRP for this device, these are my first ever manually done ports. So I do not know much about that.
Also, the rom also has SuperSU root access.
Installation:
- Get SP Flash Tools (I used version 5.1512.0)
- Download the Resurrection ROM - https://mega.nz/#!Qhsi2ATa!2w45GlSMZHIxNRD-ocrDcvyeEzVkcVKOqaI4n-eaa1o
- Download TWRP - https://mega.nz/#!BosSiaAJ!apwPAEuNkWq0A6qKtadVQAkkjzZm4ka6gA5MUDT6r1c
- Download Gapps (ARM 7.1 Micro/Nano/Other) - http://opengapps.org/
- Flash the recovery through SP Flash Tools
- Boot to recovery (Power+Volume UP while the device is turned off)
- Required - Wipe system, cache, data, dalvik cache
- Flash ROM and Gapps
- Reboot.
- Wait for it to boot
IMPORTANT
This rom and TWRP are NOT bugless. Here are the issues:
Rom:
- Camera is not working
- No audio, only with earphones/headphones
TWRP:
- In TWRP, in the reboot menu, all options to reboot to specific mode just shut down the device instead. So for example, if you click reboot to recovery, it just shuts the device off. You have to reboot to recovery manually instead with hardware buttons, and so on.
About the ROM:
I tried fixing the issues by replacing the appropriate lib files, but no luck. It either bootlooped afterwards, or nothing changed at all. Not sure what use will it be of this rom if main features are not working. But I decided to do this just for fun and to share it with you, I don't think I can fix these problems myself, plus I will get rid of this device soon anyway. In case anything goes wrong, I am not responsible for the damages that may occur. Make sure you get the stock rom and flash it if you want to go back to the original.
Special thanks

Disclaimer:
I'm not the one who build this method I just wanna share the only way I found to downgrade this phone to android stock. I'm not responsible for any brick or bad use you may have with your phone.
Requirements:
* Bootloader Unlocked
* Motorola Drivers Installed on your PC.
* USB Debugging Enabled on your Device
* A Moto G8+ XT2019-2 Compatible with this firmware version
(All your information and data will be erased from your device. Please make a backup before proceed).
Your can download the firmware build without bloatware or pre-installed apps from my one drive storage here
After decompressing the file your can read the "DOHA" .txt to see all details of this android 9 build. Also you can right click to "Flash ROM" and "edit" to check all command line on the main file.
The last step its connect your Moto G8+ on fastboot mode to your PC and double click to "Flash ROM.bat" a CMD window automatically open to flash your device. DO NOT CLOSE THE WINDOW. Wait until finish and the device will be downgrade to android 9 stock.
If everything was fine the CMD window will automatically close and the device will be restart.
Additional Notes:
* With this firmware version will NOT work some moto gestures.
* The system goes more smoothly and apps open more faster.
* Battery life improved a lot more compared to android 10
* You can still receive OTA updates

[official] LineageOS 18.1 [Android 10]

It seems LOS 18.1 is out. I just installed it.
LineageOS Downloads
download.lineageos.org
I'm having problems with it though: Wifi can't turn on, and scan for networks :|
Has anybody else tried out 18.1? I may have to go back to 17.1. No wifi is a dealbreaker.
From Changes for X01BD: "dhd: import wifi and bluetooth firmware" gives me hope. That was added on 09/24. The rom is from 09/20. I hope a new nightly build comes out soon and fixes wifi.

EDIT it is now working after a few reboots. So odd.
I am having trouble getting root on this Lineage 18.1.
I downloaded addonsu-16.0-arm64-signed.zip from https://download.lineageos.org/extras and did "adb sideload", but it failed.
The error was:
error on lstat of "/system/addon.d/51-addonsu.sh"
I also tried installing SuperSU (Recovery V2.82 Flashable.zip) with TWRP. It didn't give me error messages, but also didn't give me root.
What is the best way to get root? OR How can I make Aurora Service a privileged system app? (that's the only reason I want root)

Try this method : Unlock Bootloader and Root Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 (Unofficial) by legacy07
Does this it perform well? Battery backup?
I've a issue with VoLTE.
I see from my experience that if we enable WiFi calling, volte stops and we don't receive any calls or messages.
Some carriers requires continues volte even if WiFi calling is enabled.
So, the volte issue might be because of enabling wifi calling. And, as we enable WiFi calling, after a idle state, volte goes off and no more SMS or calls
To proove my point, I don't have any issue if I don't enable WiFi calling.
Can someone look into it.?
