Requirements:
* Bootloader Unlocked
* Motorola Drivers Installed on your PC.
* USB Debugging Enabled on your Device
* A Moto G8+ XT2019-2 Compatible with this firmware version
(All your information and data will be erased from your device. Please make a backup before proceed).
Your can download the firmware build without bloatware or pre-installed apps from my one drive storage here
After decompressing the file your can read the "DOHA" .txt to see all details of this android 9 build. Also you can right click to "Flash ROM" and "edit" to check all command line on the main file.
The last step its connect your Moto G8+ on fastboot mode to your PC and double click to "Flash ROM.bat" a CMD window automatically open to flash your device. DO NOT CLOSE THE WINDOW. Wait until finish and the device will be downgrade to android 9 stock.
If everything was fine the CMD window will automatically close and the device will be restart.

* The system goes more smoothly and apps open more faster.
* Battery life improved a lot more compared to android 10
* You can still receive OTA updates

How to disable System Update notifications

Hey guys,
Big thanks to @autoprime for mentioning this info on this in the general G4 forum. Figured I'd sum up the steps and repost in our sub-forum for anybody who may be struggling.
If you're like me, you're waiting on root and don't want to accidentally take that new OTA update that was pushed out about a week ago. This OTA has been found to prevent rolling back to previous versions of android, and may also block some/many of the root methods that the developers are preparing to release to us.
If System Update is constantly bugging you to update, follow the directions below:
1) Enable USB Debugging
-Go to About phone and tap on Build number 10 times to enable Dev Options
-Enter Developer Options and enable USB Debugging
2) Download and Install the Debloater tool (this happens on your computer)
-Windows http://rootjunkysdl.com/getdownload.php?file=Gates/DeBloater/Debloater-setup-v3.85.exe
-OSX http://rootjunkysdl.com/getdownload.php?file=Gates/DeBloater/Debloater.v.3.85.dmg
3) Connect your phone via USB. Make sure to install any drivers needed
4) Watch for pop up requesting ADB Access on your phone
5) Launch the Debloater tool
6) Select OK on the popup

"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
7) Click the top left button
8) Find LGDMSClient.apk and put a checkmark next to it. Then select Apply at the top
Congratulations! You no longer have to worry about pocket-updating your G4 and not being able to root down the road!
I just got the G4 yesterday. I didn't do my homework first and did the updates. Am I screwed when it comes time to root? (If ever)
Delete
I just went into Settings/Apps/Google Services Framework and unselected Show Notifications. This took the warning out of the Notification Bar.
Not certain yet in the event that it will keep the popup for the framework OTA overhaul.
Deleted
I saw on a website that there were other things listed in addition to what you blocked to avoid OTA updates. Should these be taken into consideration?
LGUpdateCenter.apk
LGFOTA.apk
LGLDB.apk
EDIT: I used that debloater tool and disabled that stuff. I've had no problems with the phone after that except for the AT&T bloatware.

Bootloader error when starting Moto G3

A relative brought me his Moto G3 (XT1542) because it did not turn him on, he told me that the device was being updated and turned it off without knowing that something bad could happen, then he wanted to turn it on and send it to the following screen:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
When "Start" was selected using the power button, the Motorola logo was displayed for a fraction of a second and the following screen appeared:
No matter which option is selected, "Bootloader Log" appears in all.
I have already tried to load the stock firmware but it does not take it, the same error continues.
I already thank you if you can help me solve this, it is already giving me headaches
Sorry for my bad English, I had to translate it because I don't speak that language.

did this work? I am stuck at the same problem
This error is indicative that either the ramdisk or kernel is corrupted. However, this is a soft brick and can be restored by using fastboot mode or RSD-Lite to flash an official firmware package to your device. Doing so will restore the device back to a factory stock state (but will not relock the bootloader if it has been unlocked. But, since relocking the bootloader carries no advantage except warranty related advantages, this is of little consequence). Official firmware packages for the Moto G 2015 can be found here https://mirrors.lolinet.com/firmware/moto/osprey/official/
Select the most current package for your variant. There are numerous guides here on XDA for restoring Moto devices using fastboot or RSD-Lite. The best fastboot guide I have seen is @lost101's tutorial & firmware repo here https://forum.xda-developers.com/2015-moto-g/general/guide-fastboot-flashing-factory-t3187750
(Official firmware is available at either of the above links. Just choose a link and find the most current build for your device.) @R1ffR4ff's earlier post linking the Lenovo Motorola Smart Assistant should also fully restore your device, and is less complicated than manually flashing an official firmware package. As such, the methods outlined in my post should only be used if the Smart Assistant did not do the trick.

Unable to update oxygenOS after unbricking

So I have become member of the bricked-my-phone family. I have followed this tutorial https://www.getdroidtips.com/unbrick-oneplus-6/ and successfully unbricked it.
I have downloaded latest oxygen os (I tried two latest - one with android 11 and one with android 10), I have added the zip to the root directory and from system update I selected it, but in both cases I instantly get "System update installation failed" at 0%. It also says I am up do date from OTA (it it android 8.1 lol)
what should I do?
I want to install latest oxygenOS only for firmware, then I will be installing LineageOS again. I am afraid If I do it the other way around (LOS first than firmware) I will brick it again.

Download the latest OOS11 full version and install through Settings-- System Update -- Local Update.
Hope it helps.

That's exactly what I did and the result, you see on screenshot..
But later in the evening, I found the solution here https://forums.oneplus.com/threads/oneplus-6-system-update-installation-is-failed.1314311/:
The OP6 must be on 9.0.9 before upgrading to Android 10.
You are still on Oreo/Android 8.
There is a link for 9.0.9 on this website:

If you are able to boot to Fastboot as well as able to unlock bootloader than do unlock the bootloader and flash this msm file
[ROM][STOCK][FASTBOOT][OP6] Stock Fastboot ROMs for OnePlus 6
Things are changing with the advent of project treble and seamless updates. OnePlus will no longer release ROMs flashable via stock recovery (with twrp is possible but not recommended). The updates will be done on the slot not used for example...
forum.xda-developers.com
And after that reboot to recovery stock and factory reset. This will fix your issue than after lock the bootloader(if it's unlock after flashing the file) and update to latest rom (download the rom from oneplus updater app with advance setting "on")
