Hi all,
Froyo 2.1.1 update as a setting called lock screen wallpaper, where you can (in the gallery), choose an image and save it as the lock screen wallpaper.
My question is:
After I did that how the hell can I revert back? I want NO lock screen wallpaper! I want the normal lock screen with the home screen wallpaper in the background.
Can someone help me with this issue?
Thanks,

After searching since yesterday finally find how to do it.
To anyone that want to change back the lock screen wallpaper to the default stock version here it is:
Settings/display/wallpapers/lock screen wallpaper and then just choose none.
Cheers,

Transparent lock screen on top of home screen after fixing permissions in ROM manager...how to fix this?
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I727 using Tapatalk
While I cannot tell you how to permanently fix this, I can tell you it happens to me as well. I guess for now we must go re-choose the lockscreen wallpaper whenever we fix permissions.
Adb pull framework-res and change the default lock wallpaper and the keyguard wallpaper to ones of your choosing. They are in res/hdpi.
How to fix lock screen glitch?
Hey guys.
Quick question. Hope this is a good forum for this question. Hopefully someone has the answer that I have overlooked.
Lockmenu is a very cool lock screen app(to me, anyway. I'm a noob so...). Gives very quick access from the lock screen to whatever apps you wish. Sort of like Shortcuts, but directly from a lock screen.
My problem is when I unlock from the main Unlock Slider on the bottom left, it takes me to the default lock screen on my Skyrocket.
How do I disable the default system lock screen?
There is no option in the settings to disable the default lock screen for those of you who might think its that simple.
Anyone else having this problem?
I have tried the Nolock app first to disable the default system lock screen, but...
So in other words I go through two lock screens most of the time. Once in awhile it will unlock to the home screen from the Lockmenu Unlock Slider as it is supposed to.
I'm running ICS rooted on Galaxy Skyrocket.
Any help is much appreciated.

i'm using oneplus 6 with stock ROM. i'm using always on display and really love it. but i've got a problem with the notifications.
notifications appear on the screen and stays 4 or 5 seconds and then gone. i love seeing the notification on the screen without touching anything but it lasts in just 5 seconds. isn't there are setting to change this ? except for installing a custom ROM ?
sorry i just figured out that it isn't AOD that i love. it is lift-up display. unfortunately oneplus does not allow us to use AOD with software update, now knowing why.
but my question is still valid. is there a way to change the notification showing duration on the screen while screen is off ?

Yes there is! I use the Substratum Theme "OnePlus AOD Modifier" on OP6 with OOS 9.0.2. It allows you to set the notification time and also the lift up time.

Have an iPhone 12 and on lock screen when a tweet comes in or text the screen lights up and I can read it without touching the phone
So have an 8 I haven't touched for a while did the 11 update and now its working on the 8 too but anyway to increase the time the lock screen stays on? its turning off a little to fast and is there also away to increase font size with out 3 party apps for lock screen messages?
This is how it looks on an iPhone
geojson viewer
Maybe this this When To Show Always-on settings...
Can you tell me what setting your in?
Can someone walk me through this? Totally new to Pixel phones. Been using LG for the last 10 years.
I have Nova Launcher installed and it seems to be working properly with no issues.
I'm getting written notifications on my lock screen whenever a YouTube channel I'm subscribed to posts a new video. I don't want that. (This is happening on most of my apps)
In the past with the LG, i'd just get a tiny colored bubble with a number on the app's icon on my home screen. That's what I'm trying to accomplish with the P7P. Is there a way to get the phone to do this?

Just long press on the notification and toggle off notifications.

Thank you!
I've tried that on the lock screen, and it takes me to a page asking me if I want to unsubscribe from notifications from that YouTube channel. Is this correct? I do still want to get a bubble on the app's icon on my home screen letting me know I have unseen content.

Hmm, I don't think so. Have you tried it once you've unlocked the lock screen? Please see screenshot.
Didn't make a difference.
If "notifications “ are turned off, will I still get the little dot on the app icon?
Ok, I may have an idea.
In the notifications settings area....
Pic below, set hide silent notifications from the lock screen. Then long press the notification in the status bar and set them to silent.
They will still show in your status bar and app icon.
Downside to my plan is if you have, for example, text messages set to silent they will no longer show on lock screen if you want that.

Yes, at the bottom of the list of notications, there is an option to have the dot separately.
