I stumbled across the update info page for the Note 10.1 on Samsung's site. This page describes what's new with the Jellybean update. In the last section entitled Enhanced User Experience, it lists this feature:
http://www.samsung.com/us/article/galaxy-note-10-1-update
Internet: Slide your thumb from the left or right edge to zoom in and out.
I can't seem to activate this feature. The only way I can zoom on a web page is to double tap or pinch and zoom. Anybody get this working?
Hello... Anybody out there w/ the answer?

I'm still stumped as to why this is not working for me. Thanks in advance for your time.
Using the stock web browser, go to the settings menu. Then select "labs". There is an option their to enable a feature that sounds like what you're talking about. It looks like the Pie feature in paranoid android.

Thanks for the reply but I knew about the Internet "Labs" setting. From the description on the website there should be an option to quickly zoom a web page with either thumb. Well, it's not that important.
Peace
I was using this option a lot in my S3. And when I got my s4 I found the same style Photo Editor which is already built-in. But it does not have Multi-Grid option to split the pictures. And I googled it i could not see any complain about it . I hope I am not the one who is missing this option. I emailed to Photo Editor developer. I didn't hear yet. I mean it was the most useful option in my s3 and also I was using for my business. Do you have any solution for this or Do you know why this option is missing? Thank you
From the main screen of the Honor View 10, if you swipe right, do you reach Google Now? I'm particularly interested if the UK version does this?
Thanks
You can switch that feature On and Off from the Home screen settings. It's a feature that came with Android Marshmallow, or even earlier if I'm correct.

Here's a screenshot, I forgot to add it to the reply. Maybe moderator can merge these posts into one...
Excellent. Many thanks. This is a feature not present in the Mate 10 which I have, which also doesn't have face unlock. The Honor doesn't sound like the inferior phone to it's more expensive cousin!
OP 7 Pro will get here Tuesday, and there isn't a whole lot I'm worried about missing from Samsung.
One thing I know I will miss though is the motion photos where it records a few seconds of video prior to each photo. Does anyone know if OnePlus has this? Or is there a 3rd party offering that does?
Edit: Also, we need an AOD option since there is not an led notifier. I think we can use the integrated AOD though by unlocking that once we get rooted!

Gcam will provide motion photos. No AOD, only ambient until root.
Like the title says, I can't activate the new gestures, I've attached a screenshot of the menu.
Aren't they available for S10e?

Hi friend.
It is not possible to use it, when you use a different launcher.
You have to use Samsung's default launcher.
Or you can watch this video if it helps you.
Yes you can, I use gesture navigation with Nova launcher on my S10e from AT&T.
