Oneplus 7 Pro Widevine in L3 even though my bootloader is LOCKED - OnePlus 7 Pro Questions & Answers

Hi Does anyone have a fix for OP7 Pro where the bootloader is in L3 and wants to go back to L1?
I have read on many sources across Reddit and XDA forums about locker the bootloader however my fastboot says my device is locked (i also do not remember doing anything to unlock the bootloader)
Any help would be appreciated. Apologies if this has been posted elsewhere, i have looked but could not locate and i have been trying for months. (https://community.oneplus.com/thread?id=1574423) is my post to oneplus but no one got back to me.

Hi,
didn't know about that, is this a Oneplus limitation ? Or will they unlock it later ?

SM-T583 rooting?

Hi. I want to root my SM-T583. (galaxy advanced 2)
I googled it but there is no results on rooting galaxy a2.
I want to know how to root my device.
does anyone know?
please help me
You need to unlock the bootloader first. I think you can't find the way to root it because either it cannot be locked or there's no confirmed way to root it.
However should you manage to unlock the bootloader then follow this article on how to root with magisk.
You can use one of the two methods mentioned in the article.
I searched SM-T583 TWRP but there is no TWRP for SM-T583

Before a mobile's Android can get rooted mobile's bootloader must get unlocked. There's no way around it. To prepare unlocking mobile's bootloader OEM unlock must get enabled:

You can download your ROM - If you find that too - and patch it with magisk then flash it through Odin, but as I and jwoegerbauer said, you can't root without unlocking the bootloader.
i.e. You can't root this model as you can't unlock the bootloader. I didn't even find the stock ROM for this device except for Korean model.

Is it safe to root Huawei without unlocking bootloader?

Hello,I'm asking this question because I had a YII6 Huawei Cam L-21,I tried to root it with KingRoot, and after KingRoot tried to check my phone, the phone kept playing the boot animation, getting to the phone lock, after 5 seconds it reboots, and keeps doing that,so now it's stuck on a bootloop,so now I have 3 questions.
1.is there a way to fix that bootloop? I can't even turn off my phone quickly to wipe cache and data and factory reset.
2.is it safe to root on the same model? I bought another model and was thinking if trying to root again but I remembered what happened,so I wanna know if anything would happen again.
Thanks.
3.i don't have a computer so I can't unlock bootloader,so is it safe to root?
I have Android Marshmallow.
Thanks In Advance.
Here's the info bout my device

Unlocked? Really?
A serious Android user never unlocks the bootloader, only hasardeurs do, IMO.

As far as i know:
1. Token is only needed for T-mobile devices.
Converted devices can be unlocked without token.
2. For locking bootloader look at this thread

Unlock bootloader, download latest Global rom, flash it, lock bootloader.
If you never unlocked the bootloader you must wait 1 week.
I recently set my region to "Poland" to get MIUI 13.0.6 and MIUI 14.0.something. But keep in mind that I am in europe, so I use the EEA/TJUEUXM stock ROM.

If it's stock ROM you can lock it even if it's from another region, what are you talking about?
