I have the same issue with Jonny,
Yesterday I bought Huawei G510, in China, and after one day and cople of hours spend on it, I am satisfied with the phone, but only thing is missing is Google Play.
So please if there is anyone who can help us to root this device? ... will be thankful a lot.

Both the t8951 and the u8951 (0010) have been successfully rooted by Chinese developers. I tried to post a link, but because I'm a new user, I cannot. You can find them by typing: "G510 root" into Google, and using Google translate to view the pages. It's a bit tricky though, so if anyone is interested, I could put together an English tutorial. I have the t8951 and have rooted it and installed Gapps.
I need root or custom rom for this device.

soapdroid, could you give us some details on rooting T8951? Is it done with the SP_flash tool?

Since I jumped from OPPO Find 7 to R7 Plus, I did not find MAXXAUDIO in my device. I would like to know if some one here could give me a MAXXAUDIO app for Color OS, the same that is installed in Find 7. I want to stay in Color OS, so if some one could use all their efforts, to create an app for the users of R7Plus, that will be highly appreciated. Hopes Alive. Look forward to your help.
