[Q] Huawei G510 G3 (T8951)

I hope i'm in the good place to post this thread.
So i will explain you my problem. I have bought a Huawei G510 G3 (T8951) in China because i living in Chongqing(China) for 5 months and i have break my old phone.
So i don't have google play store and other google apk on my phone.
I want to root my phone to put google play store. :good:
BUT I don't find tutorial to do this. One click root doesn't work and the other tutorials are Chinese and i don't understand.
If you can help me for my problem i will be really really great .
If you need more information ask me !

rooting the g510
it is very easy to root the g510 first you must unlock the bootloader. then flash a custom recovery boot img, then just flash the supersu.zip in recovery. i have all the files you need. i will make a tutorial tomorrow when xda allows me to post links as i am new to this forum so i cant do it yet.

[Q]Roms & Moding for Huawei Y300\u8833

I bought this mobile a few days ago I'm really happy with it.
but there is only one problem I could not find any Rom.
I was wrong if someone here could help me here,
Another thing I found a lot of Roms for Huawei G300 and my question is if i can install on the Huawei Y300?

Yesterday Huawei uploaded the 4.1 firmware. As a new member XDA doesn't allow me yet to post links, just search the huaweidevice site for y3oo and firmware.
I began looking into the files, but it seems the boot.img is not that easy to unpack:

Would that mean it's kind of protected somehow?

I also have the Y300 (-0000). Am currently waiting for an email back from huawei so I can root the phone. There is a german forum where they describe how to change the device settings so I can install the 0100 international rom.

I got this phone for my brother... He is very happy with it.

I read in a spanish forum that you can install Play Store in the Y300-0000.
I test this method yesterday and working on my phone !...
I can uninstall some chineses APK with super manager (phone is root)

i saw on the facebook page of emotion ui this Question:

and this answer:

I`m also interested in a device forum for this phone, i will buy it today. How can we make this possible ?

Why dont you guys type "Modaco Huawei Ascend Y300"
there SHOULD BE a link that goes Huawei Ascend G510 / Orange Daytona / Y300 - MoDaCo... most probably the first one.. that takes you to the development forums of the phone, its very active and there are a few roms under way already.
But yes, It'll be great to have an XDA forum for this.

Yes we already found those forums (MoDaCo , HTCMania and android-hilfe) , but except MoDaCo where people can speak a little bit of english , the other two need Google Translate for me to understand anything. If we would have a XDA forum this problem would be solved. Besides , there is way more traffic on XDA than those 3 forums so people from there could unite and come here in one big happy family ) Just my 2 cents

I owned gio until I lost it I own y300 for few weeks. So its 10 times better than gio: better camera, screen, cpu also FLASH and HTML5 support, amazing screen. Small amount of ram but usable, great 2000mAh battery (it shows wrong in specifications its really a 2k mAh) low quality back cover...its comfotable but mine was broken also sometimes laggy unlock animation, so need a good custom room Im happy so far but had problems with receiving a call some peopl cant call me

i'm new here, and i'm facing a trouble i got a coolpad f2 8675 a chinese phone
it's a new one but i can't change languages to turn it into french or reel english ijsut have chinese installed
i tried to install morelocale2 but it can't give me a solution
i don't really know what will it be my next road

Not france. Only russian and spanish. I dont have to many time to put other lenguages. The rom if you look it´s mine

Hi... I also buy this one in Hong kong ... you can follow the below link for the root .... even you doesn't know the chinese ...u can refer to the screenshot to root ... this is the official root from the phone ......

hi, i have problem with my coolpad f2 (8675) backlight on keys work only from time to time, i tried all settings and no matter what i choose it still doesn't work properly. Anyone have same problem or solution ?

Its simple actually,
Open the settings, by clicking the "gear" icon, scroll down to
“语言和输入”
This is a blue coloured icon with A and three dots below the A. "A..."
Choose the FIRST option and then choose English.

PLS can someone kindly help me with the link where i can download a stock recovery for my coolpad YULONG 8675-A (dazen 1 )............. it is on bootloop, and can not on into normal, only rebooting. if i try to enter into recovery mood, it will not but will display TWRP .................I GEZ THE RECOVERY MOOD has been deleted because the bootloader can not boot into recovery mood.....................i will be thankful if anybody can greatly be of help to me ...........PLS you can seen the link to my email ======= [email protected]

Bro, it's time to end this, no update and no security patch and nothing also, Huawei closed the website for unlock bootloader, so we can't unlock the Huawei & Honor Devices no more, the good solution is xiaomi devices, my recommand is pocohone f1 and redime note 5 these devices are the best of the best.

Is there a current way to root Vivo Y16 and how ?

Hey there, this is my first post here and I was just wondering if the Vivo Y16 has any ways of being rooted as I have never done this before and despite trying serveral way I have found adviced to me on google it seems like I could not find a woking one. So, is there a way ? or am I out of luck. Oh yea also since I am here, is there any way to also root a poco M3 or Honor 20 lite perhaps ? Thank you very much for any help in advance : )
