One Vision does not exit the fastboot screen and gives Boot Failed error. - Motorola One Vision Questions & Answers

I was trying to root my one vision and I was having difficulty installing TWRP and I tried in several ways and without success, until I found the tutorial here on the ilia3367 forum that worked the first time, but unfortunately it started to give this error at the beginning it was working, but after about 10 min it started to give an error and stopped working so I wanted to know if there is a way to solve this.

I did everything by the instructions on multiple sites, but when i get to the part, after the device DREAIMG.nbh update, when i need to go to recovery mod, and do alt+l, im getting the error that says “E:Can’t mount CACHE:recovery/log" . I tryed to do alt+s, but when it started to flash it just stopped in a middle of the proces and the android got bugged, so i had to update it again so i can use it. [Q] Pantech Sky A800 Root and CWM help needed!

Hi all,
Firstly i hv learned a lot from xda developers and been coming to these forums for over a year now, but this is my first time posting here so apologies if my question is in the wrong section, guide me to the right forum and i will move to it.
I recently bought a used Pantech Sky Vega A800s, very nice device for its cheap price imo
but i have been having some problems with my phone.
the first is that battery drains very fast, but i figured it could just be a degraded battery so i chose to ignore it for now.
i was aware of korean phones sms limit problem (80 character limit) so after buying my phone i started searching for its soloution and came across various guides including installing 3rd party sms apps and rooting the phone to replace original sms app.
3rd party apps didnt work for me so i chose to go with rooting method.
now the real problem began,
i followed tons of guides and used many tools to root my phone but none of them worked for me, the process would finish but phone will always restart with normal unrooted os.
finally i was able to root my phone using a desktop pc app called VROOT.
now i tried to install CWM on this phone but after trying several methods and using many tools still i am unable to do it.
so far i have tried,
> using automated CWM batch scripts (from official Sky A800s forums/XDA threads)
> manually using FASTBOOT FLASH RECOVERY RECOVERY.IMG in fastboot mode
> trying FASTBOOT OEM UNLOCK and repeating above steps
here is what happens every time, (doesnt matter which of the above methods i use)
Phone reboots to fastboot if not already in fastboot
cmd window shows successful writing of recovery image
cmd window shows reebooting to recovery mode
now the phone reboots, screen turns black-ish for a few seconds, then it reboots again the logo shows up a couple of times and then it continues on with normal boot process into the stock os.
i have been digging around the internet for a soloution and so far i have found no soloution.
according to my understanding, all the tools and scripts i found on the internet were either for stock rom 2.3 or 4.0.4
while my phone is updated to stock 4.1.2 via official update, so maybe this is the reason i was unable to root my phone the regular way in the first place and i had to resort to using VROOT.
now maybe 4.1.2 is the reason i cant install/boot into CWM.
i really need recovery on this phone bcz i want to flash the MIUI V5 rom for sky a800s
also there is another major problem i which i think might get solved by installing a custom rom,
problem is that my phone sometimes will work fine for hours with normal texting and calls, but randomly sometimes it will crash upon recieving a sms with this mesage "YOUR PHONE WILL RESTART DUE TO AN ERROR WHILE RUNNING APPLICATION. PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE THE BATTERY TO PREVENT DAMAGE TO YOUR PHONE"
then phone restarts but immediately upon entering the OS it crashes again with same message. this continues untill i remove the SIM CARD from phone, leave it out for an hour or more (meanwhile the phone runs fine without sim), after sometime i can put the sim back in and it works fine now.
i have observe this happens randomly upon receiving a text message.
another thread on xda developer said to wipe data and wipe cache (reset ro factory) will solve this but it didnt work for me
thank you for being patient enough to read through my post
i just wanted to include all about my problem and all i have tried to solve it so far so you people can help me better with my problem.
any help with getting CWM working or solving the SMS CRASH problem is needed.
anyone!
bump!
so nobody will reply and i cant post my prob to official pantech sky thread bcz i hv less than 10 posts
I guess i will just have to make 10 posts to be able to get help from the official pantech sky thread then,
6 more posts to go

[Q] [Help] Fail to wipe using fastboot!!

Background:
I was using stock rom CM11S and franco.kernel, updated to r9 two days ago. everything worked fine, until the vibration suddenly stopped working after I picked up a phone call (where the phone did its "last vibrate").
Issue:
I have searched through this forum and xda and found that there is a solution in https://forums.oneplus.net/threads/vibration-suddenly-not-working.76462/page-2.
So I followed the steps. When I ran "fastboot -w", it stopped and a warning window popped up.
fastboot_error.png
In English it says that "0x00403927 command referencing 0x00000010 memory. That memory cannot be read. Click "OK" to end the program". It actually stops every time when I format "userdata".
I have tried
1. Any other wiping/formatting methods e.g. TWRP or Philz recovery
2. Reflashing the rom and stock recovery.
3. Lock and Unlock bootloader.
But the vibration did not come back......
I believe the only way to get rid of it is to wipe through fastboot (MY ONLY HOPE). Can somebody please help me?
Anyone HELP?

My phone is not working after unsuccessful root using KingoRoot. Please help

So I'll be honest.
I have a Moto E2 as my secondary device. I wanted to root the device and hence I installed Kingoroot app and hence I tried rooting it. On my first try, the root was unsuccessful after 90% completion with an error code (which I don't remember). I left the device and retried root after several days the result was the same. And then again I just ignored, but the phone was working properly. But again after a week or so I again tried rooting, but this time after the failure I got a pop up writing the process com.gapps.(something) has stopped working and many more like this again and again, each time I tapped ok, a new pop-up came and I was left with no other option but to power-off the phone. I tried doing so but, the phone didn't switch off and was stuck showing the Moto logo. I tried pressing the reset button, the power button, but unfortunately nothing happened. I am writing this an hour after this has happened
Please help me.

Hoping someone can help rescue my phone.( Moto G5)

Hi everyone last night i decided to root my ohone. I have had it for a while but for some reason hadn't got round to doing it.
I followed all the instructions firstly unlocking bootloader, TWRP then installing no verity and magisk etc and every looked to be good phone starts up with the the your device has been unlocked message and something about bad id key but then would start like normal and set about installing all my apps etc again for the phone to be back to how it was just rooted.
However tonight i restarted my phone and when it's went to start up it throws me into the fast loader screen wtih your device didnt stat up successfully use the software repair assistant on computer to repair your device.
I had only been installing my usual apps/ new luancher etc... however the only thing i think that could have caused an issue was i checked for an android version update and it found i already had the most up to date one so nothing was downloaded but possibly just checking has caused an issue ?
Any help with this would be appreciated.
I can still boot into team win recovery mode but was hoping as i've now installed everything a new... i could resolve this without another fresh install if possible ?
Thanks
