I tried to install the custom recovery using heimdall with "heimdall flash --RECOVERY <recovery_filename>.img --no-reboot" but when i reboot i get "this phone bootloader is unlocked" and prompted to press the power key and when I do it does the same thing again.

For now, let's skip what file you were flashing.
What happens when you press and hold power for more than 30 seconds?
If nothing, what happens when you turn the phone back on?
Did you encrypt the phone?
If you want more help, write exactly what you are doing.

I solved it !!! turns out the recovery I installed was corrupted or something, windows defender messed with it.
I disabled windows defender downloaded it again and installed it and now it works

[Q] Boot is not showing!!

I don't know why, but my Nexus S is not showing boot step when I turn it on.
Steps:
1- I turn it on by pressing power button and it vibrates.
2- WHen it's time to show CM7 bootlogo, the screen appears to be off and the 4 buttons above the screen are lighted.
3- It vibrates one more time, showing that my phone had complete the boot step and now I have to press power button to make the screen "off" and then turn it on to unlock the screen.
4- After this I can continue using my cellphone without problems.
Anyone have a solution for my problem?

You're using 1.2.7-BFS this is a known bug with Netarchy's 1.2.7-BFS.
Flash 1.2.7-CFS or 1.2.5a-BFS or 1.2.5a-CFS
As usual. Download the one that corresponds to CM7 compatible.

Have you tried reflashing recovery using adb?
same problem, trying to solve it here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=24776300&posted=1#post24776300
if your bootloader is unlocked it should say : “LOCK STATE – UNLOCKED”.
If you have a dead android and exclamation mark, it is the stock recovery. Press volume down + power button + volume up, in order. This will give you the stock recovery.
For some reason the new ICS update still has the 2.3.6 security.

Tab A6 SM-T280 stuck on turning on WiFi at boot

I flashed the device because of this issue but it's still there and I can't get past it. The Tab just sits at "Turning on..."
Could this be a hardware issue?

I was suffering the same after Family link enabled FRP protection and lineage was not booting anymore
Restored original image with Odin, but after restore kept rebooting itself seconds after selecting the language
Disconected the battery, went into stock recovery (power, up and home button combination) and chose reset dalvik cache/factory
After that the wizard allowed me to configure, seems some garbage was left after odin re-flash that caused the bootloop

Fastboot Flash (secure) only

I have a moto e5 wont boot normaly or even turn on. Although I am able to enter AP Flashboot Flash Mode (secure) but thats it. The only option that does anything is 'Barcodes' which is no help. Also tried using 'Rescue and Smart Assitant' that does or says it found the Firmware and the flashing from them begins eventually saying 'flash succees' and reboots but it wont never reboot and the only way too see anything on screen is to go back into 'fastboot flash mode' and right back where i originally started. My PC does recognize the device using 'Tiny Adb and Fastboot'. Any Suggestions ???

Boot logo stuck and can't enter recover mode.

My device can't boot up and stuck on Kia logo
I have tried to read the threads about this problem but can't find a solution.
I have not been able to determine my device type, sd card and gps slot is fake and have no socket inside.
I want to enter recover mode, for reset data or flash firmware, tried pressing and holding the reset button, power button, over 15 seconds...but nothing happen.
Please suggest me the device name or something like that, many thanks
