Will someone please port over the Gefrost Theme from the Desire forums, or are there any Galaxy style themes in the works from you guys?
i agree with the galaxy s theme. im not in love with it but im always changing themes and it would be nice to mess with the touchwiz for a bit.

That's funny, cause when you search "Galaxy S Evo", you get this. So how about you help instead?
I thought it was just a matter of turning off Sense does it really have a theme? Is that the theme, because if it is it needs some work.. LOL

I tried it and it seemed to work. You can try it out and see what you think. I believe you need to make some changes to the bottom icons or add some if Im not mistaken. He discussed this a little bit in post one.

I'm not looking for Touchwiz specifically. I actually don't care for it. I DO want the blue accents and theme for the framework. Which I HAVE searched for. The Gefrost theme for the Desire is slick. I just don't have the ability to port it or make a theme myself.

Attached are the downloads.
I have tested the Green and it installed flawless. I did not test the others as the files only had name changes and the xml was modified to match those name changes.
As always Make a backup before applying any ROM or theme. im not responsible for any errors but will help if anything goes wrong.
Download Metamorph from the market (Please try to support the developer buy purchasing the pro version if you can)
I always unzip the files to the /Sdcard/Androidthemes/.
Open metamorph and let it do its checks. Then click on the Pick existing theme. Depending on which file u have downloaded and extracted to androidthemes choose SwypeColor (Of course color would be the color you have downloaded). then click on the SwypeColor.xml The description will popup with the information. Click close then chose apply all. Let it do its magic. When it finishes reboot. When it completes its reboot go to settings>keyboard and language>Check swype and setting swype as input method. When you attempt to use the keyboard it should load.

I left the tracer as the stock cyan blue-ish color thats in it, I didnt really look into changing it.
Honestly I can do any color, would prefer to keep this theme down to like 5 versions right now. So I guess first 5 come first 5 served lol. Yes it has full support for everything the Droid X can utilize.
If you post a link to changing the tracer color Ill look into to. Cant do much at my current location due to work. Also kinda lazy atm but more along the lines of work reason not to tho =รพ
Mods: Can the stock Swype.apk be posted? I know the beta cannot but Im not sure about the stock Swype that comes with the DX.

Ok. I have 6 in total cooked up right now. Ill post them when I get home. The 6 are Blue, Green, Purple, Red, Orange, and Grey. I got tired of waiting for requests so I had my girlfriend pick out 5 more colors lol.

Well I did research and found out I can not post a full apk of the Swype app. Ive currently finished researching how to make a metamorph theme and am making a backup and then I will test it out to make sure it installs correctly.

Substratum is mostly not for EMUI. PM @mr.mrcn, you can ask him questions. He's a really good themer.

I have got PCs. So it doesn't matter what platform is required. I just need to make a theme.

I'm working on my own theme editor app - i think it will be ready in 2-3 weeks. It will be far more better than app avaiable in Google Play at this moment, and really user friendly

just download a theme.hwt file
rename it to theme.zip file and see whats inside, how many resource values are changed

Why do you say so? Huawei is sticking to their iOS look. It's very evident in EMUI 4, even more in EMUI 5.

there are a lot of changes with emui5, which convinced me
like
the inclusion of an app drawer
the stockish card style recent panel instead of traditional horizontal ios / miui way
Also, a stock-ish notification panel, with at least flat design and no blurring (except for the background)
I'm not saying that they are completely making themselves stockist, but I think, they are moving in a right direction, but slowly, off course

Well I hope they do it all the way. iOS design hurts my eyes and OEMs are replicating it like hell.
So, only the reviewers have the phone at this point, but I figured I'd put a placeholder here so that once these devices DO get into our hands, we can share our home screen setups.

I use Valerie, Flare is good also. They both work really well on oxygenOS 10.

I think it was made with oos in mind. I just use the qs tiles and navbar while using swift installer for the colors.

In the description of the app I read custom 10, I thought it's okay, but not on this that I use I really like that it rounds the corners more, I did not find any tweak for that.
Dumb question: does this break safetynet if you use Magisk hide? This looks great, but I use Google pay and company email every day and both rely on safetynet

Probably not worth the risk. Google hide seems to work for me but I don't use any apps that really interfere with safetynet. Keep your job and stay unrooted.
If you can deal with the possible consequences and just want to give it a try, I've personally never had an app fail due to magisk. Hide has worked well for me.

If you like outline the best (mine as well) the same dev just pushed a new theme called DARQ and it's dark outlined along with gradients like LIV. It's freaking amazing!!
