I'm trying to find information about metadata wipe in twrp but can't find about it. I was trying to dalvik wipe but selected metadata partition as well and swiped to wipe and found myself in bootloop to recovery everytime i boot to system. So far i don't want to format data thinking i might get a solution as i don't have backup so i wanted to know if there is any hope to recover the data and boot normally to same rom.
I tried dirty flash rom but same result booting to twrp.

Hi guys. Now it seems i am stuck here.As the title says i can't flash a rom completly..because of me or because of the recovery idk....
What i do to flash a rom?Simple:Click on Wipe 'em all then i flash the rom i want.Every install ends too quickly. So when i click info (to check all my partitions everything is untouched but system has more than 260 mb free.I don't want to revert to stock so pls help me.
P.S. I have 4 ext recovery touch (latest) and a ext4 filesystem.
I had to read this a couple of times to try and understand,
however,
If in the event that a rom isn't flashing correctly, then its assumed that you aren't formatting or wiping the phone/device correctly.
I use clockworkmod recovery, however formatting these things on a clean new installs works for me every time.
Wipe data factory reset
wipe dalvik cache
wipe data
wipe cache
If you do not wipe these things you will effectively be flashing over the top of an existing rom.
For instance you wouldn't re-install Windows without formatting the drive. Its the same principle.
I hope that helps in some way.
try in this way http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1257731.

Boot in fastboot
Flash the factory image
Reflash the twrp
Put your backup into the phone
Wipe system, data, dalvik and cache
Restore your backup

Hello everyone,
I'm trying to wipe the phone to do a clean installation.
So i reboot into twrp, choose wipe and i select dalvik cache, data, cache and system, i swipe to start the wipe and the progress shows that is wiping, but a few seconds after the phone reboots and goes back into the system.
What can i do?
Tried to flash a new rom without wiping data, got stuck in a bootloop and unable to go back into twrp.
Flashed again twrp, wiped everything and its working again.
Repair the data filesystem by going into Repair option. Fixed it for me
Hello, I will be assisting you in fixing this issue. first of all can I get tghe model version, twrp version and bootloader version?
Hello everyone! Need help.
I was testing some Xposed modules and then the system crashed and started no more.
I entered the twrp and made a wipe in all the options that there was to do.
The problem is that now the phone does not start any more, there is no way to get into the recovery or the room. When you turn it on, it goes straight to the recovery qualcoom screen. How should I proceed?
Sounds like you wiped system aswell...
Fastboot twrp should work.
In fastboot twrp flash twrp zip
Reboot to twrp
Flash OOS
Flash twrp
Reboot to twrp
Flash magisk
Should get you booted atleast

I can not access twrp because I've made a full cache, dalvik, system, and internal memory wipe. Only fastboot mode opens
You should can access TWRP because you didn't wipe recovery partition
