Hello everyone! Need help.
I was testing some Xposed modules and then the system crashed and started no more.
I entered the twrp and made a wipe in all the options that there was to do.
The problem is that now the phone does not start any more, there is no way to get into the recovery or the room. When you turn it on, it goes straight to the recovery qualcoom screen. How should I proceed?
Sounds like you wiped system aswell...
Fastboot twrp should work.
In fastboot twrp flash twrp zip
Reboot to twrp
Flash OOS
Flash twrp
Reboot to twrp
Flash magisk
Should get you booted atleast

Hi,
It seems like there's a LineageOS 15.1-based rom avalible for Moto X Style.
Tested, it's quite laggy and buggy.
Happy Flashing

I tested it and did not recommend it by the hour.
Even it is very difficult to return to another rom 7.1. The problem recovery after the flash of this rom.
how did you return to 7.1? mine cant flash 7.1 even cant restore nandbackup, wipe dalvic, etc only reboot, cant downgrade bootloader in fastboot

wipe and flashing is now working but when i flash my 7.1 rom and even my 7.1 nandbackup is now bootloop only the 8.1 is only working now im stuck in unofficial 8.1 with full of bugs i cant downgrade bootloader also
Twrp:
Format cache, systam, data to ext4, reboot bootloader, go to twrp, format all back to f2fs, reboot bl, twrp, flash any custom for N modem.
Apps & data you can restore/extract with titanium backup or nandroid manager app.
Before this you can try restore or flash boot.img(extract from custom.zip), reboot twrp, wipe all & format data then restore your backup. @22pises

Hey guys,
I have a oneplus 6red rooted with magisk and twrp running oreo 5.1.11, today I decided to enter twrp and reset my phone by whiping dalvic, cache and data.
After reboot, phone screen is totall dark but the light indicator was flashing constantly, entering twrp is no succes, twrp screen is stuck like more then 10 mins. I believe that I cant enter twrp to do something about it. I have downloaded the stock 5.1.11 which is an oreo version
Did I do really something wrong ? if yes or no please let me know how to fix this.

Try bluespark TWRP and flash your OOS zip again and report back. Maybe a magisk flash will help too.

thnx, I entered into fastboot mode, then from my pc I when into the fastboot folder to open cmd and boot twrp from there on my device, from there I followed a tutorial how to adb sideload and flash a rom from your pc. Now its working
But I dont understand why a simpel factory whipe through twrp caused all of this, I only wiped dalvic, cache and data.

This may be a side effect of A/B partitioning and no longer having a recovery partition. Remember TWRP is a part of the boot partition now

Use a fastboot rom. That will wipe EVERYTHING - and guarantee that you have a usable phone afterwards

i am almost sure that it was data and dalvic cahce and not system, that is what i also explained in my first post.
But how are you sure that it was system wipe ? did you factory reset your op6 multiple times without issue through twrp ?
phone is fixed btw

Its the easy answer, say that you wiped system or such.
If you wiped Data with Magisk installed, without flashing the stock kernel, you won't be able to boot, since Magisk stores stuff necessary to boot on Data.
Usually, people is stuck on a infinite bucle on TWRP after this, you couldn't even enter TWRP? that's new. The issue you're telling sounds like you changed slot in TWRP somehow to an unused one or something like that, never heard of that.

Yeah I have wiped data in twrp with no issues. TBH it just sounds like there was no system to boot into. Wiping data is just that and shouldn't make the phone unbootable. Also you fixed the issue by flashing OOS which makes me believe this also. If you want to factory reset your phone the best way is to do it through settings.
I unlocked my phone yesterday and installed orangefox recovery in it. However after flashing custom rom, it keeps rebooting back to recovery. Have no idea how to solve this. Any solutions?

Tried that. not working. Also if its relevent system, vendoe, etc are not mounted. only data, cache, and microsd is mounted. Have no idea why.
Me too faced this kind of issue, peter's TWRP worked for me, follow instructions from here
Ok It worked. No need to flash the dm Verity for orange recovery. What I did was simple.
1. Factory reset (Did this step before also)
2. Format Data (Also Did this step)
3. Flash rom (Of course did this too)
4. Then reboot to RECOVERY again, not to system. (did not do this step before). Go to reboot part and click reboot to recovery, not to system.
5. After that reboot to system and it should work. Mine did.
Solved
I to had same problem but mine worked after installing custom ROM install FCrypt disabler.zip from recovery then reboot and enjoy.
Download FCrypt disabler.zip for Redmi note 7 Pro from Google.
Flash any zip which disables dm verity things. Suggestion: flash lazyflasher zip.
Hi Team,
Today i was flashing custom os in oneplus 6 via one youtuber videos
He has selected TWRP wipe menu
Advance -> system , data , Davic/ cache
i did same then he installed the os i also did the same and flash twrp
After doing roboot the system TWRP given me error no os was installed i ignored that message and proceed to next
After system was rebooted im only getting fastboot mode and no other options also im unable to install now any TWRP in my system
can some one help me please
Maybe try format data.
Go to wipe then advance wipe and format data.
If it doesnt work then use msmtool to go back to stock rom and start again.
Don't trust every YT videos you see, NEVER wipe system on op6 or you get this result.
Now you can reinstall TWRP from fastboot and reflash stock OOS twice, if it did not work try to flash stock fastboot firmware
here is a simple solution..
Reboot Recovery
Wipe Data, System, Cache
Flash OOS & TWRP
Reboot into recovery (Ignore No OS Installed Warning)
Flash OOS & TWRP Again
Reboot
Done
if you want to Flash Custom ROM, Here is guide
Reboot Recovery
Wipe Data, System, Cache
Flash OOS & TWRP
Reboot into recovery (Ignore No OS Installed Warning)
Flash OOS & TWRP Again
Reboot into Recovery
Flash Custom ROM & TWRP
Reboot into Recovery
Flash Gapps, Magisk Latest & No-Varity zip is had data decrypted
Reboot
Done
