In Call Screen Off

I resolve the HD2 problem for proximity sensor bug during call with this steps:
1. turn off vibration for connecting (go to dialer menu)
2. turn off dialer keypad sound (via HD2Tweak 1.2)
3. install Touch in call screen tweak 1.2

Could explain a little bit the "proximity sensor bug during call" you're facing ?
Which ROM verison are you using ?

When I dial , the screen go off without any association with proximity!

My problem is slightly different, but involves radio ROM and winmo drivers, because everything was fine with stock ROM 1.48.406.1 and radio ROM 2.15.50.14.
Now that I'm using the stock ROM 3.14.406.2 (wich includes radio 2.15.50.14)
when i'm in a call, the screen stays off even if the phone is no longer on my ear...
So that's why I as interested by your solution, but it does nothing on my phone...
With this last official update from HTC, i'm now facing keyboard sensitivity issues (everything was alright with prévious ROM and HTC patch for the sensitivity), and this proximity sensor problem...

i find the case can make the sensor play up as most manufacturers dont account for the sensor

please explain more.

manufacturers dont put cut outs on cases or they arent big enough so the sensor is then covered

screen not turning off during call

hello ... i recently bought yuphoria 5010a ... it doesnt have cynogen os.. i bought it for my mother n prob she is facing is like while calling her speaker turns on ... that may b coz screen dont turn off n speaker turns on by touching face ..
main prob i think is with proximity sensor so how can i solve it ?? nothing happens when i dial *#*#7769#*#* something like that i seen on some links on google ... like no menu comes up with that code ..
any other suggestions ?

Screen wake up problem

Hi guys . My phone is like 3 weeks old I bought it from Ali express is 64gb version .the software is 12.0.2 stable global . I am using the SIM 2 and a micro SD in slot 1 . All working find and dandy but I got a major problem with this phone, I don't know if is hardware related or software that's why i am typing this here .
Symptoms
If I leave the phone on the table the screen wake up like 3 times in 5 minutes with no notification. Is looking for my face to unlock it . :silly:
I tried to factory reset it . Update it .restore it from cloud , set up as new , remove the micro SD , uninstall apps .nothing worked
I need an apk or an app to identify what trigger the wake up thing . Or what is running in the background or what is trying to do
Please help

Solve it . It was a bug . It's a big in miui 12 if you mute an app to don't receive notifications anymore the screen it will wake but won't show any notification.
Just to let you know if you have the same problem like me

It hasn't been fixed, right?
Mine POCO X3 is still waking up by itself.
I muted the notifications from one app.

Question [BUG] auto rotation not working some times

Iam useing poco x3 pro for a 3 months now , some times the auto rotation is stoping working, it will be back after rebooting , its already 4 or 5 times now , I only notice this when start play any games , I can't flip phone to other side , then also tried to turn on auto rotation but still it's not working , let me know any one else faceing this

Question Poco X3 pro frequent crash after MIUI 14 update

Hello,
recently after decided to update to MIUI 14, my Poco X3 Pro crashing when on the call or video call, but weirdly enough the phone doesn't even crash when gaming or doing any multitasking it works just as it used to be, its been 4 times:
- at first it was only the screen turned off but the rest like sound when call, microphone, and touchscreen are working but the display stays off, the display turn on it again by itself after a few minutes this happens 3 times until now
- the last one was hard brick, the device turn to white with a thin horizontal line, restarted by itself and then it wont turn on at all, even the charging wont work, but i can boot to fastboot, and then try to boot it to miui via fastboot and now it turn on and work as it suppose to be (not yet trying to make call since i dont want it to crash again)
Now i dont know does this could be caused by neither software or hardware, do you guys have any idea?

White screen, this is hardware issue.
Search in the forum about it.
