hello ... i recently bought yuphoria 5010a ... it doesnt have cynogen os.. i bought it for my mother n prob she is facing is like while calling her speaker turns on ... that may b coz screen dont turn off n speaker turns on by touching face ..
main prob i think is with proximity sensor so how can i solve it ?? nothing happens when i dial *#*#7769#*#* something like that i seen on some links on google ... like no menu comes up with that code ..
any other suggestions ?

i'm using turbosim .. the phone working with data and everything but its not stable .. it doesn't always receive calls , and it get stuck on black screen and keyboard off if i was talking with someone and he hangs up (then the only option is either a battery pull , or connecting to a charger and then the screen will turn on and i can continue using the cellphone normally
before it freezes , it makes a strange sound , the closest similar sound i can think of is rubbing nylon
i'm using fission 2.4.3 rom
i tried all the connection modes and its always the same ..
i noticed that if the other person hangs up when my screen is on (it always turn off when a call starts) , it doesn't freeze (but the cellphone still make that strange sound).. if i hang up first , nothing happens ..
any ideas ?
call quality is great by the way .. what could be the problem ?

My nexus s 2 days ago started to go crazy ... when trying to answer a call the proximity sensor goes crazy ... I mutates sound and the screen turns off every 2 seconds ... I tried everything kinds of ROM's, APK's but it seems that nothing solve the problem ... sensor works perfectly, I tested with FUN-BOX.apk.
Currently using MIUI JB 3.2.8 because it has the option settings to disable proximity sensor when you make a call or answer ... but it is a bit slow this ROM ...
I did a lot of research and found that a lot of people have this problem ...can anyone help us? PLEASE!!!!

I love this ROM and it works perfect .... except one problem .
Every time i turn off the screen the WiFi goes off , the only time it stays on its when the screen is on or the phone is charged .
I selected the WiFi option for always so its not from there .
Anyone with a solution ?

Hi guys . My phone is like 3 weeks old I bought it from Ali express is 64gb version .the software is 12.0.2 stable global . I am using the SIM 2 and a micro SD in slot 1 . All working find and dandy but I got a major problem with this phone, I don't know if is hardware related or software that's why i am typing this here .
Symptoms
If I leave the phone on the table the screen wake up like 3 times in 5 minutes with no notification. Is looking for my face to unlock it . :silly:
I tried to factory reset it . Update it .restore it from cloud , set up as new , remove the micro SD , uninstall apps .nothing worked
I need an apk or an app to identify what trigger the wake up thing . Or what is running in the background or what is trying to do

Solve it . It was a bug . It's a big in miui 12 if you mute an app to don't receive notifications anymore the screen it will wake but won't show any notification.
Just to let you know if you have the same problem like me

Hi i'm from chile , i have a rog 5 tencent version , all ok but I updated to Android 12 and the problem with proximity sensor comed , when I hear a audio in WhatsApp the screen turns black and don't return till the audio stops
When I call the screen turns black and not returns until the other person hangs up , I downgraded to Android 11 but the problem persist
I don't know what to do please help me I don't find any support group for telegram o WhatsApp so I post here , please I can't use mi phone normally , the games and all the other functions work properly , triggers wifi , Bluetooth It haven't fall or something like that , only what's the upgrade
