Hi!
Well, i've a samsung J400M with android 8.0 and i want to root it. The problem is that the oem option doesn't appears.
I waited +190 hrs and nothing, also tried to change the date and reboot
Any other ideas?

Hi, so i made a research (a very deep one) and compare my cellphone with another J4.
The result is that my mobile dosen't show the option, but the other does, hence, it's looks like the problem is with my mobile.

So, the reality is that samsung won't put the option anymore. I don't know if this is the future of all samsung's models.
Plus, i haven't found a method to root my phone like this :crying:

Alguien me puede dar luces,sobre el j400m o F aparte que ponen j4 y no especifican bien ,luego al final del post,salen con el signo mas,llevo meses tratando de encontrar ,algo para este movil,alguna rom gsi o aosp,las hay pero nadie explica bien como instalar,es muy malo el aparato,es muy seguro la verdad que no entiendo j2j3j5j6j7j8 y el 4 ????????? el j400M tiene soporte treble con una sola Ranura,he bajado todas las rom y ninguna funciona ,que ondaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa....

OnePlus 7 and VoLTE

Hi, I have an OP 7 (gm1900 with the latest AA firmware) and my VoLTE doesnt work.
I live in Mexico (Telcel carrier, bands 4, 5 and 28) and the 4g+ works fine but the VoLTE doesnt work.
When my phone arrived to me ir doesnt had the VoLTE option in the SIM settings so I installed a OnePlus LogKit apk and from there I activated the switch for VoLTE. Restarted the phone but i doesnt work.
My previous phone was an unlocked Umidigi Z2 Pro and the VoLTE worked flawessly, just inserted the SIM and the stupid phone showed the VoLTE icon on the taskbar (even after a couple of hard resets the phone recognized the SIM as a VoLTE capable).
Any help for my problem?

Maybe try mailing your service provider. It wasn't working for me too and I mailed mine and they activated it from the backend.

Yo tambien tengo el GM 1900 version China y no tiene banda LTE 4 (1700/2100) por lo menos eso no figura en la caja y tampoco me levanta LTE. Alguna idea? Gracias!

Vato, TODOS los OnePlus 7 traen la banda 4. TODOS. Ya sea la versión China o la global traen la banda 4. Algo está fallando por ahí con tu celular.

Tienes que seguir las instrucciones del post que te mandé. A parte del LogKit necesitas otras cosas que están en el post. Chécalo bien y me avisas que onda.

Si. En Android 10 y en Android 9 fue el mismo procedimiento.
Necesitas el logkit actualizado para activar el switch del VoLTE.
Necesitas el apk del engineer mode para activar otro parámetro.
Y necesitas seguir el procedimiento del post que te mandé: instalar los controladores de Qualcomm (están en el post) instalar una app que se llama QPST y seguir el procedimiento del post.
La neta es una mamada, activas bien fácil el VoLTE.

For me worked with Row and UK telefonica.
Also you need that your sim card already have the VoLTE active.
For example, before my OP 7 I haved an Huawei purchased directly from Telcel and in that cellphone i already have VoLTE. Then i purchased an unlocked Umidigi, swaped the sim card and VoLTE worked from the first Time.
A mí me sirvió conla configuración Row y ahorita lo traigo con UK Telefonica (la que se menciona en el post de la configuración). Ahora, tienes que tener en cuenta que la sim que estás usando en el OnePlus tiene que tener activo el servicio de VoLTE. Por ejemplo, antes de mi OP 7 yo tenía un Huawei que compré directamente en Telcel y me dieron una sim nueva con el VoLTE activo. Después esa misma sim la pasé a un Umidigi y el VoLTE funcionó sin problemas. Esa misma SIM es la que traigo ahorita en el OP7.
La sim que tienes en tu OP7 ya tenía el VoLTE activo? O sea, tu teléfono anterior ya tenía VoLTE?

What I have done is to restart the factory without the sim so that it appears without customization. After configuring, disable automatic updates and if it offers you the carrier update, just don't install it.
Las apps de operador se instalan según la sim que tengas en tu movil. Se descarga una actualizacion de operador y esa es la personalizacion con todas esas apps. Lo que yo he hecho es reiniciar de fabrica sin la sim para que te aparezca sin personalización. despues de configurar, desactiva las actualizaciones automaticas y si te ofrece la actualizacion de operador, solo no la instales.

"Amigo" learn some English and then come and write on a english forum or at least have the decency to go and translate what you want to ask us on google translate. Question Xiaoxin pad 2021 SD870

Now is the time to evaluate this tablet after a month. It is a wonder. At first I did not like it at all because of the Widevine L3 theme. I flashed the Rom China and although it does not come in Spanish, it does come in English, which is not a problem for me. I come from a Samsung with an Amoled screen and I like this one a lot more to consume multimedia content. The screen is amazing. The sound is the best.
Mut happy. I got it with keyboard and pen and it works very well in graphic design. The only negative point for me is that the operating system needs to correct some bugs. Has it ever turned off by itself. Otherwise I was very very pleasantly surprised. For that price there is nothing better. The 870 is a beast. Llega el momento de valorar esta tablet después de un mes. Es una maravilla. Al principio no me gustó nada por el tema Widevine L3. La flasheé la Rom China y aunque no viene en Castellano, sí en inglés lo que no me supone ningún problema. Vengo de una Samsung con pantalla Amoled y me gusta bastante más esta para consumir contenido multimedia. La pantalla es alucinante. El sonido es de lo mejorcito.
Mut contento. La adquirí con teclado y el pen y se trabaja muy bien en diseño gráfico. El único punto negativo para mi es que el sistema operativo necesita corregir algunos bug. Alguna vez se me ha apagado sola. Por lo demás me ha sorprendido muy muy gratamente. Por ese precio no hay nada mejor. El 870 es una bestia. I'd like to do like you , change in china stock...is it difficult? And for lock bootloader for have widewine l1 is difficult?

I don't think it's very difficult. It is to follow the steps of the post. To block the bootloader is with the flashoot command. I learned in an afternoon reading here

I Got A xiaoxinpad Pro 2021 from CeCt Shop with original ROM and I suppose language pack and unlocked bootloader.
Is is possible to flash it with twrp and a new original ROM update and the language pack and where can I download this package?

Can anyone tell me, with picture in picture mode (YouTube and any other apps that play video), can the mini window be resized?
Starting with Android 11, you should be able to resize PIP.
I have the Lenovo SD730G updated to Android 11 version and you cannot resize the PIP window. I changed some settings in developer options and even enabled stuff via ADB and no go.
