[Q] S3 running 4.3 on MetroPCS locked can be downgraded???

I have a METROPCS galaxy s3 and it is locked.
Running version 4.3
Is it possible to downgrade to 4.1.1
I have tried rooting with Odin and it failed
I have no clue what to do next.
Somebody said I need to get it UNLOCKED before I can do anything with this S3??
Any help guys....

sadly not possible, samsung doesnt allow downgrading the bootloader.

I once downgraded my S6 to 6.0 with a combination file. Can I do this with the J4 plus?
