I wanted to downgrade to version 4.2.2 for the 4.3 currently does not allow root. And SamMobile site no longer has the 4.2.2 only 4.3

My device is galaxy s4 i337... When i first start to use it the firmware version was I9500ZSUEMJ6 (android 4.3) which is i9500 firmware.. In i337 device how its possible to install i9500 firmware and the firmware was preloaded... Then I upgrade my device firmware with I337UCUFNB1 (android 4.4.2)... Is that possible to install i9500 firmware I9500XXUFNB7 (android 4.4.2) in my i337 device?
I got a i9505 with i337 bootloader and baseband and i9505 firmware and also CSC from i9500..preloaded,, How do you upgrade, through kies or how??

I'm trying to update to newest Android in my Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus (P6210) (wifi only).
Actually is in 3.2 android version. In some countries has updated to android jelly bean 4.1.2, but not in mine (Spain).
I see some threads to download newest firmware to my device, but links don't works!
Can someone know how i can update it to de latest official firmware or a unofficial stable version? I just want a valid link to download it. Somebody can help me?

I was running on 4.3 jellybean and I updated to official 4.4.2 ROM on my galaxy S3 GT-I9305. After that I am having a lot of issues with the phone and the overall performance and plus fast battery draining. I like 4.3 jelly bean 4.3 a lot so I tried to figure out any way to downgrade from 4.4 to 4.3... By chance I came across a thread regarding on how to downgrade 4.4 to 4.3

Unfortunately the method was for S4 but I think that it might work the same for the S3 model as well...
So can I use the same method for S3 GT-I9305 to downgrade from 4.4 to 4.3? or by any chance is there a more easy way than that?
