How does this keep track of the steps? I'm sure it uses the in-built pedometer for the phones that have one, but what about the others?
Here i bring you my first app.
Basically, with this app we can calculate calories, with some formulas, to gain, maintain or lose weight.
More posibilities of this app is to calculate our one repetition max, calculate weights in some routines like smolov, 5/3,1 and much more to come, just knowing our one repetition max.
