Pixel 4a rear camera not working - Google Pixel 4a Questions & Answers

The device I have : Pixel 4a (Sunfish, Indian model)
This happened,
After the announcement of the Android 13 beta program at IO 2022, I opted in for the beta program for my Pixel 4a. While using the Android 13 beta I observed that the rear camera was not working. Immediately, I un-enrolled my Pixel 4a and I got an OTA update to the latest public stable version of Android (12). But no matter what, the rear camera is not working.
I flashed the official rom for Pixel 4a from :
Android Flash Tool
flash.android.com.
The available official version is Android 10. The flash was successful. But again the camera is not working. I got the Android 12 update as well, but the camera still doesn't work.
I am clueless as to what to do now. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Struggling with the same problem for over a year now. Did you find any solution? Maybe camera replace helped?

[Q] Use updated Oneplus Camera APK (for Android 10) on Android 9 OOS? Difference in p

I realized that it's possible to install from APK Mirror the latest Oneplus Camera APK on Android 9 OOS (originally made for Android 10). Even SuperSteady Mode is working.
My Question is though did somebody do the same thing & experienced, if the updated Version is more worse? Are there differences in photo quality? Are you guys recommending it?
Excited to hear any experiences

Android 10 on Mix Mix 3 International

Hi,
it's already 2 months I think since I've read that Android 10 (MIUI 11) started rolling on Mi Mix 3 but nothing yet ... I don't understand, I'm confusing things ?
Is there an Android 10 ROM for Mi Mix 3 International version ?
Thanks !
Yes. https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/20-1-16-21-v3.54300/
This is the latest build with a January secpatch. The 9/12 version is better, imo.
MIUI 11 doesnt mean that base is Android 10. Currently latest global stable is on Android 9 with MIUI 11, update to Android 10 should arrive soon.
And xiaomi.eu mentioned aboce is custom rom based on china dev
I've received 5 minutes ago!
Android 10 it's available ??
It's here :fingers-crossed:
For those who installed it already, give us some feedback.. and one question, should factory rested be done before or after installing update? What is better, because i never did reset before, just apply update, but now would like to do reset also..
Got it... ?? Runs great... for now ?.

OnePlus 8 48MP Camera on ArrowOS

Hey all, I recently installed ArrowOS (Android 12) on my OnePlus 8 (IN2019) with the help of someone's bootloader unlock but I cannot seem to get the 48MP camera to work on GCam or any other app. When I went to lookup information about this, I got a mixed answer. Some places said you could, some places said you couldn't and others said it needed root and others didn't. My phone is rooted and I was wondering what the best method to use the 48MP camera is on a custom Android version. I am currently running ArrowOS 12.0 GAPPS with root.
Update 3/5/22:
Switched to Evolution X (Android 12) for OnePlus 8 and it includes the stock camera app with 48MP support. Highly recommend that ROM in general.

Stable Android 11 - OP 7 Pro (GM1915)

Hi All,
I have a OnePlus 7 Pro GM1915 that I converted from T-mobile to Global. I came from a OnePlus 6T and it had the official Android 11, the problem is I updated using OTA updates and then using the Oxygen Updater but the Android 11 was extremely buggy.
The screen would zoom in and wouldn't work until I restarted my phone. I am starting to regret my decision of going on the OnePlus 7 Pro.
Can someone please help me find a stable Android 11 where everything works?
The GM1917 version has the Oxygen OS11.GM21AA that has none of the issues. Is there anyway I can have that flashed.
I don't want to root my phone because then some of my banking apps don't work.

Pixel 3 XL , any Lineage 20 work?

I was surprised when I saw a Lineage 20 rom for my older Nexus 6, but nothing for my current Pixel 3 XL. Is anyone working on one?

I believe the Pixel 3 is Project Treble compliant, meaning you should be able to use any GSI.
Use this guide to flash a GSI; @AndyYan has some LineageOS 20 GSIs which you can get here. If you want Gapps, use the bgN "flavor", and use a Magisk patched boot image.
Also, if you're just looking for a way to run updated firmware, check out Project Lazarus.
