I haven't not had any issues yet, and I'm TMO..Call them and have them do a reprevision or reset.. That is how I solved any issue, like this.

It's ATT using there servers.

I would suggest asking about it on the forum thread for your ROM.
Error 500, assuming that's coming from either the Facebook or Windows Live servers, just means "internal server error" and is about as generic an error message as a webserver can give. Really the only thing it tells you is that either your request was so incorrectly formed that the server experienced an internal exception (or similar) while trying to process it, *or* the server is down for some unrelated reason.
In the second case, it should be back within hours, at worst. In the first case, I'd expect other people with your ROM to have the same problem. I haven't heard of any other cases of that problem, so check around.
Thank you for your answer. The key was the connection of live id and facebook account. I had to do this on my live settings and now it working.

Disable DATA keeping MMS enabled

I'm testing a lot of ROM to find the best rom for me. I think that ICS Genesis Beta9 is the one. But, i'd like to find a feature that was on MIUI : keep the possibility to receive MMS even if the DATA are desactivated. If someone can tell me if there is a way to do it.
Thanks!

Like using wifi instead or what?
More like keeping 3G open for MMS but other data can't use it (the 3G connection)

I have never seen or heard of this even when i had a MIUI rom for a couple months. Seems very innovative though i wish they did this by default!

I guess you could download a type of firewall and just block every other program from using data.

Whatsapp

I am trying to use Google Voice with Whatsapp and I get the following error:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
(And yes, I am putting in my correct Google Voice number.)
However, after some Googling, I see that people are getting the option to get the code from a phone call, like this guy:
http://www.curiousmitch.com/2011/11/using-whatsapp-messenger-with-a-google-voice-number/
I get no such option.
Is there no way to use Google Voice with Whatsapp anymore???
Anyone know why it is giving this error?
Anyone??
Can anyone help please?
In the link you posted, whatsapp is accepting the Google voice number but failing to verify it via SMS, your issue is different in that it won't accept the Google voice number. Have you tried contacting the whatsapp devs?

I have not. I figured they would never respond or they would say it's a Google issue, and then I would contact Google and they would never respond or say it's a Whatsapp issue.
is it possible to get whatsapp to backup and sync to gmail?

No Text Notifications After Switching Back to Default App

T-mobile limits the size of videos sent by text message for the stock Samsung app. So in order to send a longer video I recently found out I can just use textra..
However, after using textra for a bit and then switching back to the stock messaging app, my gear s3 will not get txt notifications!
I ended up resetting the watch to fix it.. But it has happened again through that same process.
Any thoughts?
I have an s8
S3 classic
T-mobile
Thanks,
DG
I wanted to show some tests that I did.
The first message is me using my watch number, so using 4g
The second message is me using my phone number thru bluetooth...as you can see, it doesn't actually show it' ever sent the message, but my phone did get it...
So something is wrong with the messaging app connecting with the phone as it shows the messages arent being sent (even if they are) when using my watch to send a text with my actual phone number.
Sigh

Country dialing code

Hi there,
I'm abroad at the moment, and whenever I try to call a number the dialer offers to add the country code, even when I'm trying to call a special short number. It's very annoying because I can't make the call then.. I'd like to call without the country code. My iPhone doesn't ask to add a country code, just my Note 20 Ultra :/
Could someone help me disable this please?

Yup, my home country is the UK. It works fine with the Google phone dialer, I was hoping there would be a way to possibly deactivate this thing on the Samsung one.
try under phone app settings/other call settings/roaming assistance
