Hello, I'm considering buying the P50 pro but want to know about the battery life?
I will be buying the Chinese variant with the Kirin chipset, I've heard bad things about the snapdragon 888 so decided against it.
How's the battery life on the Kirin P50 Pro?
How's the phone temperature?
How is software update support?

Hi, I have an LG L90 (CM12) and it's time to replace it. I want a smartphone that is not expensive with a good battery (removable battery I think is better), performance and camera and that is supported on XDA. I read the reviews of Huawei P9 Lite and Huawei G8, and I think the P9 Lite is much better but the only problem is that this smartphone is not supported on XDA, there is an official section but there is no custom rom, no root. What about Samsung A5 2016?
What can you reccomend me? What smartphone can I buy?
Thank you
Xiaomi Redmi 3S is the best budget choice on the market in my opinion. 4000 mah battery, support on many forums, good quality of assembling.
New model Honor LRA - AL00

Too bad that comes with Kirin 810 not 990 and without google
But Kirin 810 better than 970
and Note Series always without Google
Ok,Now I can say for sure that the Kirin 810 is better than the Kirin 970.
I have the Honor 9x Pro with 8/128 GB and Antutu Points is 290571
Honor Note 10 with Kirin 970 get 210000-220000 Points.
I'm really surprised.

but it charges super fast
Poco f1 comes with Snapdragon 845 chip and now poco X2 comes with snapdragon 730G. According to benchmarks 730G score is low than the Snapdragon 845. So if I buy poco x2 coming from poco f1. Am I upgrading or Downgrading?
If you want 120Hz display + 4500mAh battery + Camera and some new features upgrade then Poco X2 is the way to go but if performance is your only priority then stick to the King Poco F1

No, in terms of flagship specs. but consider it as a mid range phone and hope it will bring its pro version as the successor of poco f1.
If u live in India its OK, but for rest of the world in specially Europe , is not. Important lte bands are missing.
I'm thinking of letting my Note 8 Pro go and getting the 6/128 variant of this. Wondering the same thing about that.

I saw many videos on youtube regarding the refresh rate in Poco X2. Actually it can't compete with iPhone 11 pro 60HZ display, The animation and all needs to improve.
An SD 865 variant will come out before may

You can't compare such a expensive iOS phone with this one.

Definitely POCO X2 is a better choice.
I regret twice after getting Poco F1 (I bought two units. One in October, 2018 and one 1n May, 2019). LCD panel was of poor quality, touch sensitivity was a complete mess, thermal throttling was crazily aggressive, animation was crappy. I suffered to such an extend that I am scared to buy a Xiaomi device again. Currently using Realme X and apart from Color OS, I don't have any other issue.
Planning to buy Poco X2 as secondaty phone. I'm using Asus ROG Phone 2 as my primary phone. Will it be good for using, how is the performance and speed?
Well Poco F1 was a flagship killer, but X2 is definitely not. Their launch event shows Poco wants market share from Realme and the comparison between X2 v X2 was so prominent throughout the launch event of Poco X2.
If Gaming is priority - SD845 is still better
If Camera is priority - You can opt for X2 as it's better. Quad cam + Sony IMX686 sensor works better than that of Poco F1.
upgrading -screen n camera
downgrading -SoC

If you want to use google apps then nothing will help you. With Gspace phone overheats all the time. I get warnings for being too hot.
Notifications from google does not work. I use google photos in browser!! Chromecast? Forget it.
Well I will do a thread about bad things about this phone.
We have a bunch of POCO X3 NFC (surya) running ArrowOS and I'm just thinking of buying two POCO X4 Pro 5G (veux), because it's Black Friday discounted and there is an official A13 version of ArrowOS for it, though there doesn't seem to be going on much here and there is also no ArrowOS thread in the "Development" section (why?).
So with the intention of installing ArrowOS 13 VANILLA right from the start, is the POCO X4 Pro 5G (veux) a recommendation or not (and if not, what else better to be used with ArrowOS 13)?
I am using ArrowOS and have no issues. Battery life is the same as stock without bloated apps.
i dont think this veux is a good phone to have, lot of downgrade from its predecessor unless youre desperately lookin for 5G phone.

What I meant The predecessor was the Redmi Note 10 Pro (sweet),
Here's my gripe :
1. at least on Indonesian miui flavor I can't do longer exposure than 15sec on the main lens unlike like my X3 Pro before (30 secs) ,
2. I'm sure the camera quality are at least similar with my X3 Pro (Vayu) but sometimes PEUX is better,
3. I could no longer play my library of ripped hdr Blu ray with HW acceleration on this phone or watch YouTube HDR videos.
PS : only bought this phone cause my vayu just died & I think the non pro X3 (Surya) with the 64mp Sony sensor will be a better shooter.
I recommend! veux is buttersmooth + safe with arrowos a13!
here the link: https://www.arrowos.net/download
click on poco on the sidebar, there you'll find veux!
