Is anybody have a problem with microphone after update to miui 13 ? Sometimes other people cant hear me.

Yes, this happens to me too.
I think that it is most noticeable on speaker phone.
after uninstalling the call recorder app, the problem got fixed for me, don't know really if it was the problem

I am facing the same issue after the latest update. The microphone itself works when you switch to loud speaker mode. I am on stock currently but thinking to switch to a custom rom.

Which android version are you on?
I was on 6.0.1 when it occured after I installed the latest security update. Switched to a custom rom but it did not fix it.
Hi, I've got some kind of problem with my Mi4c microphone. During calls no one can hear me if I don't use the loudspeaker option, and when I try to record something it's really quiet. I've tried stock ROM, cyanogenmod 12.1 and 13.1. Does anyone know what may be causing it? And what's the fix? Thanks in advance.

Same problem here. It started after updating CM 13.1 TS to version 20161007.

I am facing a wierd problem with watsapp video call on my oneplus one. When i do video calling i cannot hear the other person clearly. I hear their audio with lot of distortion. Only noise will be there but tje voice will be too low. But when i put my mic on mute the audio will be loud and clear. And this problem is only in watsapp and video call alone. I have reinstalled it, cleared cache memory checked permissions and done all internet available solutions but couldnt solve it. I am facing this issue in all custom roms. I have used tugapower nougat , oreo , pie and now on arrow os pie. I have also done a cleanup of my internal storage. I think its a mic interference issue or sensitivity issue but its not happening in facebook or skype video calls. I am confused. Is there anybody else having the same issue or is there a solutiom for this issue?
Hello everyone i have oplus 6 phone everything good with phone work perfectly butt after i uprade 10.3.7 oxygen microphone not working well when i do facetime from whatsapp they dont hearin me and from snapchat no any voice when i talk instagram sometimes but when i do voice record from phone it works correctly mic just not working well with apps and calls i try many things i disable google ok or assiistan i try factory reset i tried downgrade but still same i dont know if anyone find solution or with next update android 11 it willl be fixed can anyone help please i wanna know its bug or mic problem otherwise ill replacement mic thanks
So guys please help me out here, I recently update to 12.5 and did not test the microphone below this version, I got the phone and installed the update, I notice that it brigs a lot of bugs but I don't now if the problem I'm facing is a bug, error or malfunction. When I use any app that use the microphone the audio is not recorded properly, nothing it's recorded in the first 4 second after that it happen a BIP followed by another one and then record normally, the first BIP when listened with a headphone it's responsible for the left side and the second for the right(recording with any external microphone works fine), I can't show to you guys that's why I describe. I can't send it back so anyone are having this same problem, know anything... ? Thanks!
